Thieves. Don’t let you into your account to unsubscribe. Terrible app, been trying to cancel for 2 years. Never use these people!!!!!!!!!!

The product is super slow and doesn't get you physical benefits. They do this relaxing flow thingy that doesn't work muscles. I paid for the annual one as it was on sale then after 2 episodes was so unsatisfied I went to cancel and they told me I can't get a refund. Horrible! The free trial means you purchase thinking you will like it and when you use it twice they still refuse to refund you. SHAME ON THEM

This place has the worst canelation process ever we have tried for 4 months to cancel and they have not stopped taking money from our account I called no one ever returns calls or anything

I purchased a membership for $14.00 a month. Now I am being told they do not have a monthly payment plan. For someone who wants to utilize this program as much as myself it was a huge let down as I cannot afford a lumpsum payment to become a member. I feel like they trapped me emotionally. Got me started for one month and then just dropped me on my head. GREED!

Got my account set up quickly and have been doing the workout of the day, three days per week. It's fun! The workouts are about 30 minutes, and I don't have to leave my house to exercise (so I have no excuse!). In addition to the workout of the day, there is a large library of many other programs for focusing on different things (light workouts, time of day, more intense). It's a great value, in my opinion. I would recommend it to anyone wanting to fit more movement into their days.

They won’t admit I started a $5 a month with them even after I showed them bank statements of them taking my $$

Body Groove gone downhill

I was so excited to start after I subscribed eventhough the policies were unclear about whether there is a trial period or not. In one of the advertising copies, it only mentions that "trial period may be relevant".

How disappointed am I to learn that I couldn't even play their videos because they use Vimeo as their player. I know that I could just use a VPN to open, but it also might mean additional costs.

They did cancel my subscription so I wouldn't be charged for it anymore but not refund the amount already charged.

Here is what I'm very disappointed with:
1. It took around 6 days and 2 emails for the team to respond to me.
2. Knowing that in some countries, the videos wouldn't even play, they just very shortly stated that I'm not eligible for a trial membership. With no explanation of their supposed trial membership and who is actually relevant to receive it.
3. When I further asked how it's unfair that they are not clear about or don't have a trial period, and do not provide info that in some countries their choice of app can't be played, they just plainly didn't respond anymore.

Yes, it might be a small amount to pay for one month membership I can't even use, but imagine how many people might not be able to use their membership after paying.. Knowing this and not even having a trial period or refund policy, and then to just ignore said customers.

Feels like they don't actually care if people get any benefit from their service or even get their service as long as they got to rope anyone to pay for a subscription.

Subscribed using the $5 month promotion, and will not let me create an account. Sent emails and no resolution. Thinking it's a scam, luckily I went through PayPal so I was able to get an immediate refund. Don't fall for it, I'm so disappointed!

I am loving this sooo much! I have only started one of the many video programs and I feel like a different person already.
I was always so self conscious about dancing but the energy, the set up and the flexible structure of bodygroove is just so welcoming and easy to absorb, I am already finding my true physical expression!
I would recommend it to anyone, you can even do it sitting down 🤩🎊

I have paid but can’t log on the the website. I’ll keep trying and change this review if I am successful. I can’t find contact details on their website to email them. I’m hoping it’s not a scam.

I just love this online dance program. Misty emails us everyday with motivational fun dance sessions that anyone can do. She also gives us words of encouragement or just things to think about in our day. Plus, you are part of an online private group where everyone welcomes you snd gives ongoing support. Not to mention lots of dance videos to do! It feels so good to let my hair down and just move my body. I don’t have to dance like anyone else I just have to groove my way. I just love it here!

This is the best body feel good concept I have ever come across. I just signed up for the streaming, and today I've watched the Discover Your Groove workshop, done some gentle groovy yoga and finally a meditation session. I love this concept. It brought happy tears to my eyes more than once, and I now know that moving my body will never again feel hard or difficult. This is self love in good company. I'm a forever fan. 🥰😍And I really feel the impact in my arms, thighs and booty. It's effective too. 😁😅

After doing some trial videos, I bought a year's subscription for less than £50! The classes are joyful - I do the dance and yoga classes and they really lift my mood and make me feel better in body and mind afterwards, even when I only do 15 minutes. I like how she gives lots of alternatives with different levels of stretch or difficulty, and often says "move in a way that feels good to you with your arms / hips etc" Misty is a likeable class leader who explains things clearly. Thoroughly recommend, especially through lockdown!
