First ever Dexa Scan 👍🏾
I’ve wanted a Dexa scan for a while now and booking one at BodyView was very easy to do. I received timely emails reminding me of my appointment. My scan was at BodyView Birmingham and completed by James. James was welcoming and explained everything before hand. After the scan, James went though my report with me. It was very insightful and I now know what improvements I need to make on my body composition in the next few months. I will be back for another scan in 4-6months time.

Excellent service
Very well looked after from start to finish by Adam. He explained all the tests thoroughly and it all went very smoothly. Very useful information from the DEXA scans, seems reliable and a good benchmark.

Dexa Scan & 3D scan
The whole process from booking to undertaking the scans was very straightforward. Jack was great at Guildford. Talked me through it all and explained the results in a way that I understood them and can use them to monitor my weight loss programme going forward. I’ve now got the baseline and can track my progress in detail rather than just by the scales. I would definitely recommend. Very helpful.

Great place, great help
I have been to BodyView to do both a DEXA (body composition) and a 3D body scan for the first time. I was really impressed by the amount of data I could gather about my body.
Jack was really helpful explaining each section of my results, and what I could do to improve my body composition, in my case, I want to improve my overall muscular mass and strength.

Lovely place, great technician, useful report
Cait explained everything each step of the way, was super knowledgeable and able to answer any of my questions. Place was immaculate and welcoming. I was able to get a current discount so went for the dexa and 3d scan package. Got a copy of the report and know what I need to work on. It’s not ‘cheap’ but if you ever wondered how your body was doing, I’d recommend getting a dexa scan. I will get another to check on progress in a few months time as now have my baseline.

Jack was great at BodyView Guildford. Had a really positive experience for both my wife and I. We both did body and bone and the 3D and found all three scans to be highly informative. Would recommend to anyone looking for more insight into their current health and as a monitor for changes going forward.

The consultation didnt feel personalised. The results received are dubious especail;y since we have previous DEXA scan results to compare to. Unlikely to book again.

Cait was amazing and explained the process when I arrived and asked if I had any questions. I then went in and had the scan which took 3-4mins.
After this Cait went through the results step by step as they appeared on the report and explained in detail if it was good/bad and how best to improve on this.
At the end Cait checked if I had any further questions or wanted anything explained again whilst advising when would be a good period of time to have another scan to reassess and see how far the improvements have come (hopefully).
Very good facilities and staff and I will be using again.

Highly recommended
Ashley King who carried out the Dexa scan and VO2 Max test immediately put me at ease, assuring me there was no hurry as I briefed him on my situation re exercise, any body issues and so on.
When it came to the scan and test he gave me clear instructions, and plenty of encouragement while doing the latter.
Once the scan and test had been completed he took me through the results clearly and methodically, and I was encouraged to ask any questions on my mind or seek clarification on anything he had told me.
So the overall experience was great and I don't think you could ask for more really.

Booked with James at Birmingham, had the body scan and free 3d scan (black Friday deal), overall it was a great experience, l went for an insight of how much visceral fat I was carrying, I've lost 3 stones in the last 12 months and wanted some advice on nutrition and workouts that would benefit my results. James took time to explain all results. I recommend it to anyone looking for a very detailed picture of their body.
