Amazing experience. Totally worth every pennies. Dexa scan is the best way to spend money and understand very usefull insight about the body. No need to guess anymore.

Booking was nice and easy, Jack was great and explained all the details during the appointment, how long everything will take, how things would be conducted and made sure I was comfortable before and during scans. He then went through my report in great detail and helped explain what everything meant, experience was great, loved seeing the data.

To keep my body in shape so it serves me well, I thought it best to get a DEXA Scan and a VO2 check. The Body View representative, Cait, was very professional and informative. I was pleased with the service and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them; as Arnie said, I will be back. Remember, age is just a figure: 70; if you maintain yourself and have the correct information, it goes a long way in doing just that.

Lily was great. Very helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the process well. Lily talked me though the results report carefully and made sure to answer all my questions.

I was curious to know more about the effects on my body of a change in lifestyle, with Improved my fitness and sustained weight loss - beyond what the scales can tell me. Jack very carefully explained both the process and, afterwards, the results. It was very informative and motivating. I look forward to repeating this procedure in a few months to assess progress towards my health goals.

I'm a full-time electric wheelchair user and have desperately struggled with losing weight and just kept gaining and i couldn't find anywhere that could tell me how many calories a wheelchair user should be having.
After doing some research I took the plunge and decided to have an RMR test to see how any calories I actually burn, I was extremely nervous as a very obese person in a wheelchair going to a sports clinic.
We were met with a lovely warm welcome from Cait who was ao lovely and kind, the room was very relaxing and calming which helps with the test mask being a bit claustrophobic.
Afterwards she went through my results and it confirmed that I burn a lot less calories for someone of my weight, height and age.
Cait patiently answered all my questions, made dietary suggestions and swaps, also talked about me eating 6 smaller meals a day rather then 1 or 2 large one like I was doing.
In the 9 weeks since I've seen her I've consistently lost between 1-2lbs a week and I'm sticking to a sensible calorie deficit.
Will definitely be back in the new year to do a follow-up test to see how things are and if I need to adjust.

Lilly is fantastic at interpreting your data in an informative and understandable manner. She also provides practical, achievable advice to make improvements. A very simple booking process and the session was thorough and in-depth. Jack was thoughtful, wasn't rushed and took time explaining all of the results. It gave a great overview of body composition and bone health with an easy to follow report with recommendations to take home once it had been explained in clinic.

After a couple of years of trying to get fit following a few serious health scares and with so much hype around about Visceral Fat and Body Fat in general I decided to book myself in for a Body Composition Scan to get an idea of where I am. We have a Body View close to where I live in Bristol so I made an appointment with them and their Technician Lilly. Booking was very straightforward and quick, Lilly was very professional and informative as were my results. I will most certainly re-book in the future to see how things are going. The only gripe I have about the whole experience is that I note had I of booked through a Social Media Advert and not their actual Website then it would have been £20 cheaper!

I had the Dexa Athlete package at Bodyview Richmond today and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The scans were carried out professionally, everything was explained clearly, and I came away with a much better understanding of my body composition and performance metrics.

A special thank you to Saleh, who was an outstanding adviser. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and took the time to explain the results in a way that was easy to understand. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and made the whole experience informative and enjoyable.

I had my scan in London Richmond few day ago and it was a great experience. Ashley was very helpful from start to finish and he explained everything during the process and the results too. I am happy I took the test it gave me good overall picture about my body and how to make it better so recommend it to everyone. Ashley is great in his field and answer your every questions
