I feel scammed
EDITED IN RESPONCE TO SELLER
So far my experience with this seller hasnt been positive.. i have requested a return of the dress to be told I would recive my refund in the form of store credit . Apparently the dress is made to order which I dont belive how can it be made to order when I placed the order on the 11 April and recived it on the 18th April and it's come from Spain had to go through two lots of customs at both ends ? Anyway I've also been informed that I would have to pay for the return postage to Spain myself and furthermore id have to pay a £30 pound customer fee . The dress is far from worth the money I payed for it very expensive infact for a really thin crumpled dress that was recived the quality isnt there for the price . When looking at there returns policy it states refunds will be granted if the goods are returned within 14 days with the tags attached and obviously unworn which is not a problem because I meet the returns requests. My advice is do not by from bohemian love style its not worth the hassle and costs of retuning when you take into account the cost it will be returning and more so they are not adhering to the own return policy avoid . Order number 1536
THE DRESSES ARE NOT MADE TO ORDER THE DRESSES WAS MASS PRODUCED MY DAUGHTER HAS THE EXACT SAME DRESS AND I MEAN EXACT SAME SHE BOUGHT 2 YEARS AGO . I ALSO WANTED THE SAME DRESS I LOOKED ONLINE AND COULDNT FIND ANYWHERE... IT WASNT UNTIL I TOOK A PHOTO OF THE DRESS MY DAUGHTER HAS WHICH WAS BOUGHT IN THE UK AND ENTERED IT INTO GOOGLE THIS WAS THE ONLY SELLER THAT CAME UP FOR ME THAT HAD THE DRESS IN STOCK ! THE DRESSES WHICH THIS SELLER CLAIMS ARE HAND MADE IS ABSOLUTE NONSENSE IF ANYONE WOULD LIKE PROOF I CAN PROVIDE IT .
YES I DID TRY TO CANCEL THE ORDER BECAUSE I DIDNT THINK IT WOULD ARRIVE IN TIME FOR MY GRANDSONS CHRISTENING AND YES IT WAS APPARNTLY ALREADY DISPATCHED WHICH I FIND STRANGE HAS THE DRESS HAD ONLY BEEN ORDERED ONLINE 2 DAYS BEFORE I TRIED TO CANCEL .
IT DID NOT SAY ANYWHERE IN THE SELLERS DISCRIPTION THE DRESSES WAS MADE TO ORDER .
I MET ALL REQUIREMENTS FOR A RETURN AND REFUND YET I WAS PALMED OFF WITH A STORE CREDIT WHICH THE SELLER TRIED TO BACK TRACK ON AND SAID SEND THE DRESS BACK AND WE WILL GO FROM THERE .AGAIN I HAVE PROOF I AM NOT A LIAR
I WILL KEEP THE DRESS BECAUSE WHAT OTHER CHOICE DO I HAVE WITH A CREDIT NOTE FOR A SELLER ID NEVER WANT TO ORDER FROM AGAIN .

We find this review very unfair, although we respect the customer’s opinion and would like to clarify the situation for transparency.
First of all, as clearly stated in the product description, this dress is made to order. We have several models in our shop that are handcrafted at the moment of purchase due to the nature of the fabric and the customer’s measurements. After one day of preparation, the dress was shipped to the customer’s country.
Before the dress had even arrived, the customer contacted us saying she no longer wanted the item for personal reasons. We informed her that the order was already on its way, which caused dissatisfaction. Even before receiving the dress, she requested a return.
As clearly explained in the product description, made-to-order and custom items are not eligible for refunds, in accordance with our policy and EU regulations. Despite this, we still offered a store credit or an exchange as a gesture of goodwill.
Regarding shipping times, made-to-order does not mean long production times. Each piece is handmade efficiently and shipped immediately once completed, which explains the delivery timeframe.
We stand by the quality of our products, which are handmade with care, and by our clearly stated policies. We always strive to be fair and transparent with our customers, and we regret that in this case the expectations did not align with the terms agreed upon at purchase.
Its worth the wait…

A Beautiful DRESS
I couldn’t be happier with this dress, it’s a beautiful cream colour with delicate gold sequins that add just the right amount of sparkle without being over the top.
The fit is absolutely perfect, which I was pleasantly surprised by, and you can really tell it’s well made. The material feels lovely and lightweight, making it super comfortable to wear while still looking elegant and high quality.
It has a gorgeous floaty style that’s so flattering, and I already know it’s going to be perfect for my holidays. I’ve had so many compliments already!
Overall, I’m really impressed and would definitely recommend.

SCAM regarding shipping, poor quality
This site advertises that they ship worldwide for free but what they don't tell you is that they ship from Spain and when they fill out the paperwork for international shipping, they mark that the recipient is responsible for duty taxes/tarrifs that are charged when the item enters the US. I was billed by FED EX a 16.00 duty fee.
The dress I received was poor quality- the arm holes in the dress hung to my waist among many other problems with the dress.
Since coming for Spain, it is too expensive to return so wasted money on this purchase. NEVER again- will I buy anything that is not shipped- from inside the US.

I brought a dress for £47 pounds waited over 7 days for it to come then its told me I got to pay a custom fee of £16.83 for one dress.its has cost me £64 in total its absolutely disgusting I do not recommend byeing from here and will never again awfull

beautiful dresses
I have ordered a couple of times from Bohemian love style. I loved the first dress so much i ordered 4 more dresses. I unfortunately had no idea of the customs charges for the larger order and i know now to order in smaller orders in the future to avoid this as i could have ordered another dress for what the charges were for HMRC customs. I love the dresses, i feel amazing wearing them and when my daughter saw me wear it she said it was a statement dress. I will order again in the future.

I never received my package! They delivered to the wrong address! I been e-mailing them I would never order from this company again! They said my package it’s a superior wi! 5 hours away from me! They also said my package been delivered for 8 days already! I’m so mad! I need that dress so bad!

I placed an order that I was so excited about. Waited a couple of weeks before contacting this company. I was told my order was give to wrong address! They didn’t correct the mistake or refund my money. I have been waiting over a month for my refund.
