My BohoMagic gemstone ring was delivered today - but the colour was entirely wrong…the ‘aquamarine’ stone was a dull grey!!!
Customer service replied, to b fair…but suggested I return it (at my own cost) and they would then send a replacement ring …but couldn’t guarantee the colour of the replacement! 🤷‍♀️
Surely it’s false advertising to display an item for sale, deliver a different item… without apology for difference…and without any guarantee of availability of the correct product??? Ridiculous!

I purchased 2 of these rings Jan 1st. They arrived quickly. Not even a week later, the silver layered ring has bent and snapped, a piece sticks out like a wire, to realize it broke. I've emailed Boho Magic numerous times , requesting a replacement. No response. No phone number to call or contact. IF I return it , the one being returned has to be in new condition 😕.

I ordered two rings , one of them showed a deep red stone in the site description. I recieved the ring and it was a very pale color, not at all like the photo on the site. Then the stone broke off of the setting when i snagged it on a peice of clothing. It shouldn't have broken so easily. Customer service has ignored my requests for refund or store credit.

I ordered a ring and gift box on 7 days ago… I’ve yet to receive a confirmation or status notification… Randomly, the gift box was delivered, without notification, but there was no ring… I’ve written 2 notes but there’s been no reply… It’s been a terrible experience so far.

Men Ring sieht anders aus als erwartet. Ausserdem ist er viel zu gross. Eine retoure nach Kanada ist sauteuer. Auf der Webseite wird mit einfacher retoure geworben. Keine chance! Mal sehen wie es weiter geht. Bin stinksauer und kann den Shop 0 empfehlen

Purchased earrings, silver, keeps tarnishing or a link kept falling. Also bought the thumb wraparound ring and also keeps tarnishing. So disappointed. The two other pieces I bought are ok but not gambling with my money again.

Scam ring I received looks nothing like the picture. Returned it one week ago and still no refund.

I ordered the "Teardrop Aquamarine Ring Sterling Silver" and is was DISAPPOINTING all the way around! The stone is dull and nowhere what the advertising shows. The ring itself looks like plastic. Light weight and CHEAP! Not worth the $100! I opened the package today and came straight to the site for a return! I waited for a while to order this ring, because I have many rings already, but it seemed so unique and stunning - what a waste!! Should get a zero rating and I buy a lot of stuff online. This was my worst experience.

I love that part and they too respect the quality the give, so if you have an issue they fit it. Its so worth the price you pay for the unique quality of beautiful jewelry. I have more than 5 pieces of their beautiful jewelry and I have also purchased for my very dear friend/mom. You will feel amazing wearing anything you buy from Boho.
