Purchased an e-gift card for my son for Xmas.
He has been unable to use it, the gift card numbers do not work in line with the on line purchase at the till. Numerous emails sent, same automated reply back. Nobody is reading them. This is so disappointing. It feels like the company have taken our money with no intension of us using the voucher as it does not work!!

La peor tienda en qué e comprado
Compré tres productos y dos camisas me quedaban pequeñas, así que las devolví. BoohooMAN no permite cambios, solo reembolsos, pero el problema es que llevo desde verano esperando mi dinero y no me lo devuelven.
Cada vez que contacto con atención al cliente me dan largas:
hace un mes me dijeron que esperara hasta el día 20, hoy siendo día 23 me dicen que ahora espere hasta el día 4. Siempre retrasando, nunca solucionando nada.
Dicen que no encuentran mi reembolso, pero los productos los devolví correctamente y ellos los recibieron. El servicio al cliente es pésimo, lento y totalmente inútil, parece que juegan a cansarte para que te rindas.
No recomiendo esta tienda a nadie:
tallas mal,
no hacen cambios,
y cuando devuelves, no te devuelven el dinero.
Es una falta de respeto al cliente y una pérdida de tiempo. No vuelvo a comprar aquí jamás.

After lots of hassle chasing a non existant Customer Service . Placed a large order for my grandson's birthday. The shoes he particularly wanted weren't included in the package. I've emailed them twice through their website (that promises a response in 24 hours) and have heard nothing. Meanwhile, he pretty much hates the clothes.

I bought here once, the quality of the clothes is crap. They look like clothes from Shein or Aliexpress. For the price, I think it's a rip-off. I returned 2 of 3 products. The fabrics are cheap.

Everytime I order something it's wildly different than the pics. I bought some cargo pants in the pic they were tapered, when I got them, each ankle was like a 32 inch waist. Guess they peg the clothes to the models to make them look better.

Returned item, this was acknowledged but never refunded. Really do not bother, the quality of the goods are terrible so you will return but you are unlikely to get your money back.

Absolutely the WORST online shopping experience paired with the worst customer service i ever experienced. Ordered 2 times from boohooman, first time i ordered a Korn shirt, shitty quality with a poorly printed design. They want you to send the stuff back with your own money. At the second time i ordered, i received the wrong package which was supposed to be delievered to a customer in france as i could see the recipient. So i got the wrong package with a thong and women underwear? I reached out to the customer service 2 times with 2 different emails. First one got completely ignored and they took 5 days to respond to my other mail. It took me 10 mails for thrmcto finally understand what my problem was. They try to act like they dont understand and as they finally understood that i got the wrong package they wanted me to send the wrong one back. With my OWN money! As i wanted to send it back my postal office told me to declare the items for the customs. For this i needed information on the items in the wrong package and their telephone number. Once i asked boohooman for these pieces of information they COMPLETELY ignored my messages, like all of them. I sent 2 mails more without any response. I reached out to paypal and fortunately they gave it back to me, thanks paypal. So my message is, that this “company” called boohooman is scamlike, which is my personal opinion. Yall shouldnt buy Anything from here as their customer service is really bad and is not capable of doing their job right. Bad quality products aswell.
Porto und Kundenservice ist eine Frechheit
Ansich coole Klamotten zu gutem Preis, ABER Porto und Rückversand ist eine Frechheit, Kundenservice ebenso. Habe bei meiner ersten Bestellung nichts zurückgeschickt und war zufrieden, bei der zweiten bestellung kam eine Hose an die ich nicht bestellt habe und eine die mir zu klein war. So weit so gut, jedoch habe ich dann fürs zurückschicken 20 euro bezahlt.🤦♂️

Si tu pedido se retrasa (EN CASO DE ENVIOS A ESPAÑA, es SIEMPRE), no ofrecen ninguna solución, tan solo que sigas esperando indefinidamente mientras ellos tienen tu dinero.
Tampoco te compensarán con la devolución total o parcial del importe, ni siquiera un triste descuento en la página. Son unos caraduras y punto, no tengo ni una sola buena palabra para ellos en este aspecto.

What's the point of paying for next day delivery and it's taken 2 days still not to arrive. And then boohoo uses Royal mail for delivery. This is disgusting and robbing customers of their premium payment. I guess that's why they keep on getting called out on TV. Poor service!!!

Shocking customer service, ordered a coat with next day delivery, item never arrived.
contacted customer service, they have a different lie every day including two today, told me the courier had not received the item yet (without taking ownership of the fact they haven't sent my order) and then half an hour later told me the courier has lost it in their network, it cant be both.
online tracking doesn't recognise my order so they clearly haven't actioned the order, have told me they've issued a refund as a gesture of goodwill! how is it goodwill to refund a customer who has not received their order?
Customer service agents are rude, they lie and refuse to take ownership when the company has made a mistake.
