Recognition must be given where, Recongnition is DUE!!! For a long time, I had stopped going to the Bojangle's at the corner of Wade Hampton Blvd. and Main Street in GREER. But, Turon, REELED us back in!!! The Thursday night we visited. My family and I are absolutely sure, he and his staff were probably exhausted from a long day of work. But they, prepared one of the MOST delicious and FRESH meals we ever had with Bojangle's. And we got the LARGE FAMILY size. Each piece was prepared fresh and HOT!!! And delivered to us with such a cheerful spirit....And to add icing on the cake!!!!---We almost forgot our dessert we ordered...He nearly chased our car down, to make sure we enjoyed that, too...EVERYTHING WAS GOOD!!! iT MADE OUR FAMILY NIGHT SO ENJOYABLE!!!

The Cajun Filet had a decent kick, but the biscuit was so crumbly and dry it was hard to eat. I waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes only to receive lukewarm fries, which was pretty disappointing for a quick lunch stop.

Went to Keith bridge location on march 1st at 6:50 pm .stood at register for 15 minutes with eye contact with employees finally women told me that I need to come to pickup because register was down . When started to order she walked away left me standing while standing previous customer brought chicken sandwich back to counter chicken was still raw.stood there 10 minutes more after spending over twenty minutes decided to go to Publix for chicken. Bojangles needs to close this site customer behind said this site upper management has address this issue about not having chicken ready.ask employee did they have chicken said they had to cook more chicken watch to see them cook chicken it took more the 10 minutes before they dropped left for Publix.
The employees could care less about customers . Bojangles should be ashamed
They are worried about having chicken left over .how much does this chicken cost over loss customers. While standing there they said they closed drive thru because of no chicken. When you hire cheap help to save bottom cost you provided terrible service.Keith bridge location should be closed.This is my last vist to this site.

I looked forward to tasting your "Sweetie Pie". You failed. I is a North Carolina boy. I knows good sweet potato pie, turnovers and sich. Fust, yo dough is too thick. All i gits is dough wit my fust bite. Den yo nutmeg is out to lunch. You gin the customers sic a little bit,"North Carolina Sweet potato dat----dey should run you out de state. Git Dat??

Went through drive thru. Ordered quarter white meal. They made me pull up and wait for about 10-15 minutes. Took the food home and actually got quarter dark, and for thigh was smaller than the leg. Food was cold coming out of the restaurant. Sides were green beans and mashed potatoes. I got green beans, but only a cup of gravy (no evidence of any potatoes). For all this I paid for the white meat.

Rutherford College NC location - Food is always undercooked or overcooked. Service is slow and the workers are hateful, especially the managers.

This morning just like the other two previous mornings myself and my husband visited the restaurant in the past the manager inside stated to me and the other customers they don't have time nor the employees for the inside orders/customers therefore drive thru should be used morning, evenings, and night at their restaurant or nobody will get waited on. This is slack and lazy behavior and uncalled for when they have numerous employees inside. There has been lines all the way out the front door some filled with elderly customers who can't stand very long or have medical issues.

Ordered a three piece meal, arrived home and it was tenders. Ordered Togo so I did not have the time to go back. Food was good just not what I ordered. Sides are very small. The Mac n cheese is six spoonfuls
Staff was nice, lady made a pup cup for my dog.

I went to Bojangles 3705 Mike Padgett Hwy, Augusta, GA 30906 for some chicken. I ordered the 8 piece family meal. The chicken was refried old chicken. All 8 pieces were dry and had no taste. If this place keeps serving nasty chicken, they need to close it down. Wasted my damn $28.00

This DoorDash order was a disaster from start to finish. My food took nearly an hour to arrive, with zero communication about the delay.
The dasher should have notified me. On top of the late delivery, my drink was wrong, and the dirty rice spilled everywhere in the bag. Bojangles used to be a go-to, but now it's barely better than McDonald's.
I requested a refund and got nothing.

I don't understand.....what is the problem????
We used to love their food. We quit ordering the tailgates because the chicken was over fried, small pieces and hard to eat. Now we just get the tenders. Still not perfect mind you. They're supposed to be strips but some are just large nuggets. They can't get the count right we're short a lot...count them before leaving!! If you order extra sides and pay extra for them they still omit the fries which makes no sense. What happened to Bojangles. COVID is over and they should have recouped by now. Please bring back the real Bojangles and send these imposters back where they came from.

I went for an interview last week Monday 5/26/25. Lady walked up to me no hi how are you or anything. with an attitude, she says "write your name here" as she kind of threw or slide the notebook on the table. whatever. the point is she said she'd give me a call back wednesday after she spoke with the schedule manager and i never recieved a call back so i give up trying to get this job. stop hiring old people. they should not be working at fast food at their age

went to the bojangles in concord NC Just off hwy 601 to day. The service was sorry, went in the door and was told just a minute after several minutes someone walked by and went outside to give someone a drive thru order and walked by me and went back to the drive thru window. So I just left since it was clear they only wanted to work the drive thru. This isn't the first time that this has happened. If you don't won't want to work the cash register then just shut it down and only advertise the drive thru. Had to go to Mcdonalds where I got instant servie.

It is more difficult to get a decent meal here than it is to get out of the parking lot. I will NOT solicit this location again!!! They are putting out cold, day(s) old and stale food into previously used bags (I found French fries in my bag during my last visit at 6:53 a.m. that I didn't order!!) The coffee is old and/ or cold. The sugar packets had food stains on them and the attitude of the early morning manager is ALWAYS rude and condescending. These issues must be escalated for awareness to higher management, otherwise, they need to be addressed to the FSA:

Bojangles has amazing food, that taste so good in your mouth. usually when i go there the customers have great service and are quick, with positive attitudes.
