From my first ordering experience until delivery everything with this company has been fantastic.
I ordered 2 x scooters and 2 x lights and had an issue with paying too quickly before adding the second light and Customer Service assistant Chloe worked her magic and everything sailed through. It’s not often nowadays that you receive such a good service, well done Bold Cube 👏

This is my 3rd time ordering from Boldcube . I placed an order for my son and daughter new scooters (Christmas presents) and unfortunately they never arrived. Once I emailed the team to let them know they confirmed it was lost and quickly sorted the problem my items were then sent next day delivery with DPD.

I have used this company a couple of times now and their products are good quality, prices are fair and they are quick to deliver. But it's their customer service I want to mention, as each time I have dealt with this company they have been so friendly, professional and go above and beyond to ensure the customer is happy. In particular I want to mention Chloe, who I dealt with recently - she couldn't have been more helpful and pleasant to communicate with! She is a credit to your team and in a time where her level of customer service is few and far between, I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Keep shining Chloe 🌟

Unfortunately we received a damaged box and as it was a Christmas present this was frustrating. I emailed photos to boldcube and their customer care was brilliant. Really happy and would recommend

Wonderful customer service. I had problems placing my order and got a really fast response and solution.
There were then problems with the courier not updating the tracking and they kept on top of them until my order was delivered.

The scooter is an amazing colour and design. Didn’t want to buy a pink scooter for my granddaughter, so purple with transfers was perfect. Also the scooter can be adjusted as she gets older. She is not quite four. As it’s a Christmas present, can’t yet comment on performance.

Very good customer service. When contacting the site, I received feedback almost immediately which was followed up to ensure all was well. I would recommend this company.

Good that spares are available. I bought a rear axle bolt where the old screw had worked loose but fell out somewhere unknown. However, I think the design of the axle could be better to avoid this problem. A nyloc nut instead of a screw would be far less likely to work loose than smaller screw with some thread locking compound on it. As it is difficult to tighten the screw enough but not so much that it stops the wheels rotating. As it can't be fully tightened, it relies totally on the thread locking compound

Both inner and outer boxes were damaged. Product was intact but parcel had not been handled with care. Following this review, I received excellent customer service and was offered some gifts to recompense me for the damage.

I received my order on the Friday but didn’t get round to opening it on the Saturday, then realised it was the incorrect scooter that had been sent, I sent an email and got a reply back that same day wasn’t expecting to hear back untill Monday, the customer service was brilliant no issues at all, and the scooter that we did receive looked amazing can’t wait to receive the one we ordered. I wouldn’t hesitate to order again from this company as the quality of the scooter was spot on, overall really happy with my experience from Boldcubes

Quick and easy, although you are using Muppets as carriers who can't comply with instructions of where to put things

This is a requested Christmas present. So it is not in use. But when speaking to customer advice for advice on product they replied quickly giving me all the information needed. We're polite and simply lovely. Happy recommend Boldcube to friends and family. Can't wait to see my girls face when she opens it x

I had an issue with the delivery not turning up. The customer service was excellent with Keelan in particular being great! He managed to sort the issue very quick - he sent a replacement as soon as he could and kept me informed all the while. It arrived in time for my daughter’s birthday and she absolutely loves it! Would definitely recommend these scooters, they’re sturdy, great quality and with the added bonus of light up wheels. One happy daughter :-)

Sehr guter Kundenservice. Habe ein Roller gekauft Preis/Leistung ist sehr gut. Hatte Fragen und der Kundenservice konnte super helfen. Gerne wieder.
