Ordered 2 wall lights early Feb. Over a month later they finally arrived. One was damaged.
A HUGE palava to get them to accept the return request with photos and emails back and forth - they sent a returns label and I posted it back as rqstd….. it has been another month and still not received the replacement.
The first box from yodel looked like it had been run over so I dont hold out much hope again
Communication is hard. Often repeating themselves and contradicting.
The light is actually really nice. Thats the only reason they got 2 stars. Shame I don't have a matching pair!
Would never use this company again TBH. Wish I had just used a UK company.
Ive missed my slot with electrician to install it twice because it has taken so long to arrive. Also takes a week to get an email reply which is usually nonsense anyway and Im starting to hate the light I do have as it makes me angry to look at it now
I ordered few wall lights from Boldenn for my new design of the sitting room, to see what suits me colour wise and style wise. It said Hassle Free Returns. Not only delivery was all hectic with lights coming in with a week or 1,5 week gap in between. But once I have chosen the light I liked, Boldenn people refused me with exercising my right of return. They blantly told me that I cannot return because I should have looked carefully at their measurements on website although my return had nothing to do with sizes of the lights but was dictated by style and colours (very often colours are a bit different in reality from those on photos). Then they later responded that if I keep all the lights, they will give me a discount for the light I chose (to make it a pair). I still asked to process my refund and advise me on return address. Then they started taking a piss by suggesting to me sending the lights to China and filling in all customs forms which NO ONE in sound mind would call "a Hassle Free Return"! They are not transparent and lying about products, their company details on their website!! I now want to compain to Trading Standars Service
I have placed an order through Boldenn and unfortunately their stock was incorrect and informed me they could not complete my order and gave me 2 options both of which included a store credit. I have refused the store credit and asked for a full refund but have not received a response from the company, if anyone from the company actually reads these my order number is BLD1580 and I would like a full refund back to my original payment method before I have to open legal proceedings. Very disappointing please do not use this company!!!
Purchased a light fitting. Description on website for product says 'warm light' however mis-represented as it is an awful sterile bright stark white light. Attempted to contact to arrange return or refund, or at least raise the complaint. Sent email on 3/2/2026 including order number, date, etc. No answer. So attempted to send email again today, 21/2/26 and hope that a customer service rep will respond and do the honourable thing and refund the poor product.
Do not order from this company. They are 100% a drop shipper, selling cheap product at inflated prices under the guise of a classy website.
I've raised a case with PayPal for a refund, as the product delivered (from China by the way) is cheap tat, I found the same lights I paid £100+ for from Boldenn for £14.99 on Amazon. Total waste of time!

I fell for this too. Luxuary website, you think your buying a luxuary home item.
It comes in a box clearly from china, cheap as. It came in the wrong colour. Then it comes as metal poles that don’t slot together you have to balance it all to fit it together. It’s sooooo cheap. My mum asked how much i had paid and I told her £80 as I felt embarrassed saying £119.
She was shocked and that wasn’t even the truth!
Anyways they have them on Temu for £12.88! Go buy that instead.

Same feedback as what has been shared. Sadly is a drop-shipping site and I bought a lamp for £100 that probably cost a few quid to make in China (it also took weeks to arrive). Please avoid and take heed of the reviews!

I ordered a lamp at over £100. Took ages to arrive and when it arrived it had a big chinese label on it. When i used the lamp it started to produce smoke!! I contacted the manifacturer and they offered a replacement, which i clearly do not want. Now a week later i am yet to hear back regarding refund. Avoid

This is a drop shipping set up, nice templated website but you are simply ordering cheap tat direct from a factory in China. Item took ages to come, and as soon as we opened it we realised it was drop shipping. Cheap packaging and cheap lamp that probably cost them £10 to buy and they are charging over £100. We are trying to get our money back but from their initial responses I can see they will be difficult even though they say they have a returns policy. Avoid!
