Frame arrived damaged, but when I sent a picture to customer services they immediately dispatched a new frame. Can't really fault them and the product looks great for the price it cost.

Easy website to navigate to choose the style and colour of frame I wanted, arrived well packaged on time and was as I expected, now up on my wall looking lovely

I ordered my A4 oak picture frame with gold trim to show off my degree certificate. It was not expensive but from the photos looked elegant and beautiful. When I received it I was over the moon. It frames my certificate beautifully and I couldn’t be happier with it.

Great product and fast delivery

The "glass like" plastic came mat and chipped, so it was impossible to actually see the photos and we had to get a completely new glass fitted. A waste of money.

Lovely frame, hassle free ordering and prompt delivery

Ordered a box frame direct after seeing what I wanted on ebay. Payment went through ok, and first thing the next morning I had 3 seperate emails confirming the order, sending the invoice, and confirming shipping with a tracking number.

In the afternoon I get an email saying my order had been refunded, with no explanation or apology, apparently AFTER my order had been dispatched.

I emailed that evening to ask for clarification, and hopefully get an apology, but had no response for the whole of the next day (today), and am still waiting. Good customer service obviously isn't a priority
