I would not recommend purchasing from this company.
The item I received did not match the photos or description on the website and the quality was well below what was advertised. I requested a return in accordance with their stated 100% money-back guarantee, but instead of providing a straightforward return process, I was instructed to return the item to an address in Shenzhen, China, despite the business presenting itself in a way that suggested it was Australian-based.
After looking into the return address, I found numerous reports from other customers describing very similar experiences. Given the high cost of international tracked postage, the potential customs issues, and the concerns raised about the return address, I was not comfortable sending the item back.
Rather than honouring their advertised refund policy, the company repeatedly attempted to negotiate a partial refund while asking me to keep the item. This gave the impression that they were trying to avoid accepting returns altogether.
My experience has been frustrating due to the misleading advertising, poor product quality, and difficult refund process. I would encourage anyone considering purchasing from this company to carefully research independent reviews and understand the return process before placing an order.

I don't normally buy dresses online, but the dress I bought is absolutely perfect for our daughter's garden wedding. I was looking for a soft, flowing dress that would be ideal for the mother of the bride, and this is exactly what I had hoped to find.

Clear state they are based in bondi and this is not true another overseas company claiming to be in Australia, i am down the road in Bondi, all of a sudden international shipping. Lies in emails will be returning dress as it now wont come in time and fkr lying wont get my business, needs reporting to trading standards

The customer service is awful. The return policy is all fake. I was chatting with them for a month they all the time came with different return options and with none of them you could get a refund.
At the end when I accepted with one of the options they just refused to process it.
So now I have 2 useless items that I paid for and can’t wear them.
Not recommend this shop at all.
They are based in China don’t be fool by name Sydney.

I was disappointed with my purchase from Bondi Rose. The material quality was not as good as I expected, and it felt much cheaper than it appeared online. The product also looked quite different from the photos on the website, so it didn’t match my expectations when it arrived. I believe the website images are misleading compared to the actual item. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t purchase from them again based on this experience

There items are poor quality and not whether the money.
Don’t be fooled you will not get a refund so don’t buy. So to Temu or SHEIN as the items are on there so much more cheaper

Please do not buy from this website! This took 3 nearly 4 weeks to get to me considering it mentioned it was from Sydney. They are not based in Sydney, they are based in Hong Kong. Products are cheap and not at all close to what they look like in the photo. My dress had 2 parts and they were both different shades of brown.

Wife bought 2 dresses. Instead of arriving as the 12-14 size she ordered, they came as 10-12. The one star is for customer service as they allowed items to be replaced but postage had to be paid. Judging by the size of the 10-12 wife thought to be safe she would get 18-20,though her size is 14. Replacement items arrived,first dress fitted,although very snuggly,the second was totally different to original order being a dress made out of inferior material, possibly polyester instead of cotton, the cut was different and the buttons,instead of being green,were a total different colour being white with brown stripes. And the kicker,the supposed 18-20 size came in smaller than the original 10-12. Definitely do not recommend this Chinese based company trading under an Australian name.

3 week wait time. The dress is terrible. Looks like a Temu dress, just a rubbish make.

If I could I would not give them even q star. Products fabric descriptions are false, return policies impossible.

This company is a scam!!! Do NOT buy from this OVERSEAS company. I spent $89 on a great tracksuit and it did not get delivered. They tried to tell me it had been delivered bit it was a total scam!!! I regret not coming to trust pilot to see all these terrible reviews. It seems when they do actually post things out, they are of horrendous quality.

This company is disgusting to deal with and misleading with so many parts of their business!!!!. Where do i start, the quality and fabrics of the garments as opposed to what you see advertised are not the same thing. What they sell are more like cheap off cuts straight from a factory in China. The product arrives in a little plastic bag with no tags or sizes or care instructions whatsoever on garments , better off shopping in a back street of Bali, and the incorrect size guide they give is completely wrong. For instance i am a standard ladies size 8-10 and their size medium which is supposedly a size 10-12 was at least 2 sizes too small. Then try returning their cheap product, good luck.. Very misleading returns policy !!!
AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST

I purchased from this website because they portrayed themselves as being an Australian online store, they offered AfterPay and a 30 day money back guarantee. When the items arrived the quality was not what was shown on the website, they looked like they were purchased from Temu!

When I contacted them to arrange to return them for a refund they have stuffed me around for over a week offering partial refunds and I can keep the items. I have declined these offers and requested the full refund. They have now finally agreed to a full refund but I have to foot the bill to return the items to China!

This is a scam website. Please Dnt use it. They say based in Sydney in their website, when comes to returning items they say to return it to China. Also the quality of product was really cheap. Customer service not very helpful when it comes to returning items. Also they ask you to rate the products before it even reaches you saying you might win the whole purchase amount for free. Dnt get trapped.
