Could do a better job on their UI. Rates are good though. Team is very responsive and proactive.

I have shortlisted and selected only few bond issuers (companies) and that too have some conditions like IP frequency, security, redemption settlement and coupon. I was just investing in FD with very low interest. I came to know about NCD and searched in internet. Then I came to know about Bond India and I registered in the site. I got a call from RM Ruchika. Hi. Iam Nagaraj. Past few months I was looking for a genuine platform through Google research. Got some calls from xyz platform. They asked me to register KYC in documents. A bunch of documents were manually filled and uploaded after so many corrections it got completed. And they start chasing me to invest even though without knowing basic knowledge about the Bonds I was ready to take bond. The minimum value should be 2+lakhs RTGS (iccl) with a premium of 20thousand plus two lakhs. This was the lowest price in that platform. The respective RM never told this platform is not suitable for me. Purchased one bond and kept quite for 6months. Again start searching other platform from BI I got a call from ms.DIMPAL. How nicely she interacted and explained in detail about the Bonds. And registration process. I really impressed and taken quick action for my investments. Got registered and purchased two bonds as of now. The process is very user friendly and is suitable for small investors. iam proudly saying my RM MS. Dimpal very knowledgeable and she understand our financial level according to that the best bonds are suggesting. Thank you Dimpal ji. And nice platform for mid range people for investments. While using the BI platform observed some cosmetic level confusion will recheck and if at all the Bug or my understanding may wrong will update soon....

Several days iam searching good bonds,previously I invested in Tata capital so little bit knowledge I go it,then I scrolling India bonds and bonds india at that time Mr Ayush telephone fromBI we discussed and he well explained about bonds then I invested my little surplus amount in what he suggested bonds also he well guide me
