Over the last 40 years, we have been lucky enough to work with some great manufacturers and suppliers, which means now, we can confidently say that we only sell stoves that ‘we know and trust’. Great service
The shop was nicely laid out, and the staff were so accommodating and inviting. They didn’t have the part I needed, but checked when it will be in stock. Reagan and Neil were friendly, and even gave me some useful advice for my stove.

Excellent parts service with firebricks…
Excellent parts service with firebricks and baffle plate in stock for my Clearview stove. Staff carried the parts to my car and made sure they were secure before driving off.

A really great company to deal with. Frequent relevant updates, item beautifully packaged and presented with a really personal touch which comes from a small independent company who are honestly interested in their customers. Their base way up in beautiful Inverness was no barrier to easy ordering and swift delivery. All this plus commendable eco philosophy.
