Missing withdrawal
After joining last month sent in phone bills and id I manged to withdraw no problem and it was really fast .. but last week I withdrawn from a win and after 2 days I got onot chat and they said I needed to send phone bil ans bank statement again so I did and my account was updated.. so ever day I have been onto the love chat about my withdrawal and I have been told every day my withdrawal has been completed yet its still saying pending into mu account and guess what no fund received into my bank? Am gutted as I enjoyed this site so so much I hope it's delt with asap or I wont be back:(

More hassle than it’s worth
They now have enough info about me to clone every bit of my life!
Won early and managed to withdraw 40quid after sending in my driving license as proof of age,
Gambled some more and won some more… however after constantly being asked for more and more ID, bank statements. Phone bills etc… and over 2 weeks of waiting; I’ve given up.
The games are also very repetitive and predictable.

Absolutely shocking!!! Joined through a link that was supposed to give me free spins after my initial £10 had been spent. After I had used my tenner NOTHING. Waited 24 hours. Still NOTHING. Contacted customer services to be told the offer had been withdrawn and it was at there discretion NOT to offer any alternative. I had the horrible realisation that I had been completely scammed by this site after winning on it
They were falling over themselves to take my money Accepting deposit after deposit but when I tried to withdraw all soon became clear
First try was for £10 and at first I looked as if I had withdrew so I tried another but this time I was denied saying I need provide identification
But they had already took my first £10 so I was confused especially after I found out bonus boss had taken my £10 but not sent it for withdrawal just kept it
Then second try was a complete nightmare as they said send us your phone bill and bank statement to show the deposits on your account so I did
Wasn’t accepted
So I did it again and was told it was accepted
Then when I asked about withdrawal I was told I need provide the identification
But I had just been told mine was accepted
So back to trying all again
Sent 4pages of phone bill and 3 pages of bank statement and I still can’t find out what the status of my withdrawal is or when I’m going to receive it and when I try to chat to a advisor about this issue I either get run round in circles or I just get cut off or hung up on so I actually have no way or no mower to receive my own winnings from bonus boss so thanks very much for that you must be so happy at another customer scammed

Bonus boss withdrawal problems
Hello
I have had some real issues with withdrawing from bonusboss
They let me spent £700 pound and when I tried to withdraw £400 I had to supply all the documents on the website
I didn't have any indate photo ID so supplied the rest eventually.
So that was 3 things that was completed to there satisfaction, shorty after they added another step when the pending withdrawal was going to get processed, as per yes and conditions that was possible
They wanted banks statements of deposits and proof of pay pdf or screen shot of payments as the extra info required. I Supplied that got a email that was all ok and my withdrawal would be within one working day.
2 days have passed so emailed to see what was going off. They said it will be within one working day as the escalated the withdrawal
Now I thought great but had a text for a 5th step on top of the extra step that is required as of terms and conditions, from hooyu to verify more id via webcam. Only accept photo id which is less options than the sites intial requirements.
Well guess what they know I do not have photo id in date to provide as previously communicated through email.
I'm guessing they want DNA if I could off provide that next
I compare them to one of those survey sites that you have to complete, neverending story.
Got an email after this saying

Surely that should be equally important for deposits
Be honest don't take people's money if you want to hide behind terms and conditions that do not protect the customer when depositing
Think I will have to get a solicitor tbh to get my money

Had response and they want me to breach data protection so have asked for email to there legal department so I can issue letter before claim and raise to court
After 12 days of arguments I've finally managed to get through the 10000 hoops that was needed to jump through needless to say I don't recommend and won't be using again
