Book2travel Reviews

I had a great experience with Ryan at book2travel travel agent. He was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. After listening carefully to my budget and preferred travel dates, he worked hard to find the best possible options for us.

He also suggested some internal flights within the USA, which turned out to be an excellent recommendation and helped create a fantastic holiday package. He spent nearly an hour with me, making sure we had the best itinerary and value for money.

What impressed me most was that he was patient, polite, and very knowledgeable about the destinations and travel arrangements. As I had never used this company before and had simply found them through a Google search, I was initially doubtful. However, he made sure that all our flights were confirmed before taking any payment, which gave me complete confidence and peace of mind.

I would highly recommend this company and especially this Ryan to anyone looking for excellent customer service and a well-planned holiday.

Ryan was an absolute pleasure to work with throughout my Canada travel planning process. He was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had. From handling the paperwork to providing clear guidance at every step, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out the most was his patience and attention to detail. He ensured everything was completed correctly and kept me informed throughout, giving me confidence during the application process. I truly appreciate his support and would highly recommend Ryan to anyone looking for a reliable and efficient travel agent for their Canada travel plans.

A huge thank you to Keith for planning my amazing trip to Miami.
Everything was perfectly organized from start to finish. The flights, hotel, and itinerary were all excellent.
Keith was professional, helpful, and always quick to respond.
His attention to detail made the entire trip stress-free.
I truly enjoyed every moment of my vacation.
I highly recommend to anyone planning their next getaway.

They are really friendly and helpful, the package was very nice for singapore, keith was very helpful

Great experience with the customer support. My go to platform for booking flights from London.

Keith helped us book Maldives packages and price very competitive to online market. I highly recommend booking packages and flights with them. They also run 20% offers in July for holiday packages to Jamaica which hopefully will use sometime soon.

Booked with Ryan, departure was very smooth but return flight was not confirmed by agent, this caused me undue delay and stress. Have emailed Ryan, no response, nearly a year later was informed he has left the company only now to return again. Emailed a complaint to the company, Benny initially dealing with this, but then informed a few months later he has also left. Now the complaint has been picked up by Eric Baker, but he is not responding. Today Ryan reappeared on the phone, I was told to expect a call but I’m not relying on this.
Communication is awful, no one is willing to take up my grievance.

I have been booking with book2travel for 1year for my group travel round the world. Steve has been always efficient and outstanding. He is very professional and has deep knowledge about the product. Making a change or booking a package, he is always ahead to my last travel advisor. He is much appreciated and I shall continue to work out my itinerary with him.He is very helpful and polite.

Ryan has been outstanding in confirming my complicated flights to Sydney via Singapore 4 night stop. Hotel needed a quick change over.
The dates were changed and passenger were 6 in numbers. Travel arranger kept his nerve cool and price did increased considerably but he certainly kept the price within his budget. He did his job superbly. The next travel plan will be as per his advise. No more checking many numbers of travel website. He have earned this 5star rating and hope continue doing this. You make your agency proud of by your hard work. Keep rocking Ryan.

I recently travelled to Delhi in February and the entire trip was flawlessly organised by Ryan from book2travel. Planning a trip to Delhi during the transition from the monsoon season can be tricky but Ryan made sure every details was covered.i highly recommend reaching out to Ryan - he truly goes above and beyond for his clients.

A warning and a follow up on my review from March 18 2026.
I was unable to check in online but advised by Mac to contact him if I had a problem at the airport, in person (which I did). Although it was a passport issue being a few days out, he had ensured all documents were checked and we were good to go.
We called him from the airport and he insisted all would be good regarding arranging the holiday for a later date: we followed his instructions and he told me to wait until a working day. His colleague then told me he was not available for one month (suddenly) from March 31st and would not be returning and that there was nothing they could do apart from take yet close to another £2K to arrange another trip for us. I am so disappointed and have now requested my information to be sent to me to process the guarantee that was verbally promised and via what’s app messages (they have since set up “disappearing messages” so I advice you to keep a record of these elsewhere when communicating. The worst part- because Mac Smith via Book 2 Travel arranged everything, the hotel and transfer companies won’t engage in conversations with you as the company use their details for contact purposes.
Be careful and STAY AWAY. Huge disappointment and distress has been experienced by us and our children.
The most disheartening thing is that I had built up a trustworthy relationship with Mac so I was very shocked that he would disappear suddenly when we needed him most. His colleagues were extremely rude and refused to help me in regards to any refunds for flights/ hotel/ transfers stating that “there is nothing we can do for you” via what’s app.

Recently booked a flight to Istanbul....the agent booked the flight for me....he assisted me getting my seat secured in advance...he help beyond the limits...he helped me doing online check in...and assisted till the end of my journey....it was splendid...keep rocking book2travel...

Can't give a minus so just the one star. Since having our flight cancelled every email comes back as unable to deliver. Flights were over priced but they con you by saying a much cheaper price and then demand more money! Avoid like the plague!!!!

Very poor service went on a holiday to Jamaica and due to the hurricane transfers was cancelled and I had to pay out for another hotel and transfers they told me they reimburse me. Send me the bank details sent bank details. No money yet I also booked another trip to Vegas. I’ve had fraud.on emailed account so I WhatsApp them no asking what the last payment is due I got a reply to 4 days later saying your flights have been cancelled because the payment wasn’t paid on time I said no you’ve been paid £400 already yes I owe you to remind him but I did ask you for the last payment date but no reply not telling me they’re trying to sort me flights but will be more money but no mention of refund told me to call me back in 30 minutes still waiting

Mac was very helpful with the booking. Very polite and efficient

Mac was super helpful and efficient and explained everything clearly, will recommend to friends and family. Thank you

This company is a scam and their agents lie to you when you book the ticket their agents say you don’t have to pay any extra but this is a scam they make you pay more
Big RED FLAG 🚩 this company is please be careful

I dealt with a young gentleman named Mac he was very polite and patient with me when booking my husband’s ticket, he understood what I needed and within minutes was able to offer me a ticket with all the timing I required and also got me the best price possible..
