Had a great rental! Very simple and easy to book and what a car!

My classic car was booked and it was a very pleasant and enjoyable experience.

The whole process of receiving this booking through BookAclassic was made very easy and simple by them.
Full details were received from BookAclassic and I was given the opportunity to accept or decline. I was then given contact details with the person who booked and BookAclassic kept in touch to ensure all went smoothly. Payment was then received by me within 48 hours of booking.

This is obviously a scam. My son and I booked a car and paid the deposit. My son was in touch with the car owner and had everything set. The owner canceled the morning of the event due mechanical issues. We never received our deposit back and I’ve left at least 3 messages with customer service and have not heard back. BEWARE!

First car we tried to book was declined the day before the booking. We then selected a second car, email classic bookings to explain what the booking was for. After confirmation and book a classics Fee being deducted no one contacted us, we had to request contact details to phone the owner. The car was booked for 8 hours for corporate media drops. After 4 hours the car broke down. The owner is only willing to refund an hour and half of the 4 hours and book a classic just don't get involved so we left having to fight for the refund! Will never use them again. All they do is operate on mail with no accountability.

Hire out a classic car through this company. System they use works very well with a clear acceptance or decline booking option. Payment is always very promptly paid after the booking is completed.

Great service, the customer service replied and responded on time for my inquiry, super reply speed. They also offered me many choices which was very thoughtful. I was looking at Rolls Royce for wedding, the car was chauffeured, which was amazing.

We booked a car with BookAclassic for a shoot and everything went well with the owner. The problem is that we have been trying to receive an invoice from BookAclassic and no one returns our voice messages nor our emails. We are at risk of not being refunded by our client because they keep ignoring our requests for an invoice that they must send us if we request it. I really hope this gets sorted really soon.

I would like to add that after I posted this comment I was immediately contacted by Bookaclassic's staff and they sorted the problem quickly.

On another matter, I think it should be possible to ask questions to the car owners before you proceed with a reservation, as it happens in other online platforms. Other than that, the car was perfect.

My cars been listed on Bookaclassic for 3 years now, no problems with the booking system & payment always arrives the week after the booking. Very professional & reliable.

Unfortunately book a classic cancelled our booking with just two days to go due to no insurance! Why advertise a car when it doesn't have the appropriate insurance? More notice would have been helpful, im sure the owner would have known straight away he couldn't provide the service and I wouldn't be frantically searching for a replacement. Will not be using again

Based on our experience in Italy, we decided to choose the company while we were in England. We had a very important occassion with possible future clients so we needed a transportation company to travel with.
BookAclassic did not disappoint us once again. We asked for private chauffeur for the rented cars and they were polite and nice.
No surprise the company has the same great quality as in Italy.

I have used this website to book a car for my wedding. The booking process was so easy and my booking was confirmed very fast. Highly recommend this website! They have also a nice selection of cars.

This is a referal website that refers people to classic car owners. All cars used for hire and reward need to have a private hire licence (the only exception is weddings). Unfortunately, I am sure that most of the owners of the cars are not licensed vehicles and therefore their car insurance is invalid if you are injured in a crash and they do not have the appropriate checks that private hire drivers and cars have, eg enhanced MOT safety test, CRB check for driver, etc. Steer clear is my advice, and if you do want to book a car, ask for proof of Hire and Reward insurance and private hire licence number.
