I booked a safari via BookAllSafaris
I booked a safari via BookAllSafaris. Due to health reasons, I had to cancel. I forgo the deposit, that's fine. But I still (months later) did not get the balance of over $2000 back from the operator. BookAllSafaris did NOTHING to help in this matter. They only reply politely (AI generated) to my emails with "sorry, we uderstand, we will help...", but they don't take any action at all. So this is not like Booking.com, which has clear cancellation policies with their hotels, and ensure they are adhered to. BookAllSafaris is just a 'front' to get the commision, then leave you to it.
