"Fast, friendly, and professional“

I booked this Company to move my 4ft 6”bed and two chest of drawers, two bedside cabinet and a tall boy from one bedroom to another.

When the men arrived they had no idea what they were coming to do. I paid £63 up front to complete the job.

When they arrived they told me because they had to dismantle the bed to move it I had to pay a further £50. They were here twenty minutes and the job was finished.

I think this extra cost was day light robbery and I would not have them again.

What 4ft6 bed wouldn’t need dismantling? The question of what kind of bed it was on my initial call wasn’t even asked but I very clearly told them the size of it.
I’m told it was my fault for not specifying that it needed dismantling.
What kind of business is this? I would not use them again.

Umar was very professional and great help during my move. All went fine. I would definitely recommend this service.

Actually I had a problem with the driver with some misunderstandings that led to a point where he wanted to cancel the trip so I contacted the company and solved in a matter of minutes.
