Staff actually enjoy work again. My team was burnt out on data entry. Now AI Bookkeeper does that part and they spend time on actual accounting. Two people who were thinking of quitting just stayed.
Unreliable and Unprofessional Experience
We attempted to schedule a demo with Booke AI over the course of two months—multiple times as a team and individually. Unfortunately, the experience was consistently disappointing. On several occasions, including our most recent attempt, the meeting was canceled just minutes after it began or right before it was scheduled to start, without any prior notice or follow-up communication.
Despite repeated efforts to confirm a suitable time or request alternative options, we received no response from the founder, Vadim, or the team. This lack of professionalism and accountability raises concerns about the company’s reliability and commitment to potential clients. Disappointing experience overall, especially for a product that shows promise but is poorly represented.

Cancelled Appointments and zero communications
Tried to book a demo for a period of 2 months, booked and scheduled the demo 7 times as a group, and 3 times as individuals, Vadim (the owner) would cancel the demo zoom call last minute each time, never replied to any emails, when we requested info, or for the best time to meet. Very unprofessional, and disappointing that the owner has zero pride in his products.

This product is great if you wake up one day and know exactly what it does, how to work it and whether it's the right fit for your business without ever being shown its functionalities.

It's a nice idea, but this execution is completely useless.
I jumped straight in without an intro call as it looked like a great and fairly simple app.
Upon intregrating to Xero the AI book keeper decided to reconcile around 100 transactions without waiting for any input. Most of these were done incorrectly.
I sent multiple messages to the customer service team/person and received a single sentence as an answer around 7 days later. Not helpful. The app couldn't do what I needed, which is basic book keeping, it didn't seem to learn anything from us correctly reconciling transactions. It created new transactions even when there was an existing bill/invoice to match to a statement line on the bank. The OCR feature seemed quite 'dumb' too, it didn't learn anything when presented with a new bill from a supplier where we'd mapped the fields. All through this the customer support was incredibly slow and and not helpful at all, no real detail to the responses, no offer to do or fix anything. It's a nice idea, but this execution is completely useless.

I booked a time for a demo with the team. The representative appeared to have been then founder of the company. The call was cancelled by the founder, and with no explanations. I can guess maybe its something to do with his schedule, but rather than cancelling with no reason or contact, maybe reach out and talk to potential leads and clients?
And if the team is so small that no support can be given for demos, maybe allow a trial period for those potential clients? That way I can assess the usefulness and accuracy of the claims of the product, and have faith in paying for it.

The APP does not work as intended
The APP does not work as intended. It messed up my Xero, and instead of saving time, I had to redo everything it did. Customer service was not good as well. Stay away.

Cancelled Demo, Customer Service?
I set up two appointments for a demo and both times these were cancelled by the booke.ai rep without an email or any justification. I was actually excited to see how it works and would have subscribed to the services for 3 business I run.
Unfortunate the disregard of a business owner time. If this is the way they handle client onramp at the start, I can only imagine the little to no customer support once your are on the inside. Not a good first impression to say the least.

The website booke.ai is quite misleading…
The website booke.ai is quite misleading as it shows the services for Desktop Quickbooks. Based on that, we made an appointment for a demo. The person for the demo showed up 10 minutes late. As stated, the software only supports QuickBooks Online. A simple update to the website could really help. Conflicting data causes a waste of time on the potential customer's side and the company in carving out the time for a demo they are not going to fulfill.
