Experince from Hell
Id prefer to rate them a zero. This was thecworst experience. Its very misleading when I went to book my reservations for best western in latta sc. I thought I was speaking with a hotel representive as I called instead of booking on line I was charged for my room when I was told I would not be that it was required to hold the room. I was asked if I wanted a protection plan and I said no. When I got my confirmation I was charged a an extra 55 dollars. I immediately contacted them and requested cancellation and a refund. Was told I would get the refund 2 to 7 business days. The next morning I got an email for a voucher to use not a refund. I replied to the email and also called their "customer support". Waiting for another approval from god knows who to get my refund. I will be filing complaints with best western and any authortity that handles these types of fraudulent activity. Another day passed and now they tell me they are giving me 50% refund. Dont use this wesite
