I’m sorry to hear that you experienced difficulties using the platform and found the FAQ section unhelpful. I understand how frustrating that can be. Since your review, I have updated the Help FAQs and added an additional page to the Bookmuffin website to provide clearer guidance and support for new customers. I have mentioned Kindle Unlimited in these instructions. Not all authors are aware of the messaging function within Bookmuffin, so I’m working on making that feature more visible and easier to use.
After sending both a welcome email and a follow-up reminder, I noticed that while your book was added to the platform, it was not submitted for review for nearly a month. During this time, it remained invisible to our reviewers. Unfortunately, no refund request was received after that period.
Once your book My Personal Brand was submitted, I’m pleased to note that it did receive two reviews—one published on Amazon.com.au and another on Goodreads.com, which was also posted on Amazon.com within the past two weeks.
In my experience, business-related titles tend to receive fewer reviews compared to genres such as children's books, young adult fiction, and KDP coloring books, which perform better on our platform.
