NOT A SCAM! Worth the wait.

I was very concerned that this company was a scam at 1st because after I booked my flight online it said I would have my ticket information within 30 minutes. I waited over an hour and called the customer service # listed. I was told they were in the process of booking my flight and I would have my ticket info emailed to me within 20 minutes. I waited almost another 45 minutes and I called back again. I spoke with Thomas White and Alex and they were both very helpful and eased my worries. Almost 2 hours later I finally got my reference # and I was able to call American Airlines and they said my ticket and round trip flights were all set and I was “ticketed” as American Airlines called it. I was able to get an AWESOME rate from Syracuse NY to Las Vegas for $513 compared to other travel companies that were charging $680 for the same exact flight with same departure and arrival times as I got with Book My Traveling (just wanted to add that I booked this flight less than 48 hours before my departure). A little patience goes and long way and I am very HAPPY and super excited! Thanks so much for the excellent communication and for the AWESOME Rate!!!! I will be using this company again.

I needed to change my flight... I called the 800 number I got Thomas White outstanding customer service rep he changed my flight hooked me up with a good seat explained everything to me great experience good customer service rep based on the reviews the company needs more like him Thomas was the man

Run... Run Fast and DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE COMPANY! I booked my vacation 7 days ago and received confirmation. Now, a VERY RUDE representative called me and said if I didn't pay more money they would cancel my flight. FLIGHT CANCELLED!!!! What a SCAM........

This “travel agency” is a scam! I was trying to book some tickets from them and I ended getting a lot of trouble and problems with them. Here the details: I booked 2 tickets on may 4th with this agency and I got a booking confirmation telling me that I was supposed to get the tickets confirmation “shortly”, then, after 10 hours waiting I decided to call to check the status and the nightmare begun: 1 they put me on hold for almost an hour just to tell me that someone was going to call me back and let me know what the status of my booking was. 2. Somebody called me back trying to persuade me to buy a different tickets for different reasons. 3. After my denial to buy a different one and demand of the ticket I bought, they started to tell me that the price I booked was no longer available and that I got to either buy it for more money or get something they called “stand by ticket” which basically is a phantom ticket. 4. After a lot of time and me still demanding the product I paid for I got to talked to the “customer manager” and the very rude guy told me that my options were to buy it more expensive or to cancel the booking, after all the time I spent on trying to get what I paid for. 5. The same guy dare me to do something about it and he said that I can’t do something. That’s why I’m reporting this shady, full of scammers website. Please help me to get them out of business. They shouldn’t be tricking people anymore.

THIS HAS HAD TO BR THE WORST AIRLINE I HAVE EVER GONE THROUGH AND I'VE BEEN ALL OVER THE WORLD. VERY POOR AND RUDE COSTUMER SERVICE. HUNG UP IN MY MOTHERS FACE WHEN SHE TRIED TO BOOK A FLIGHT FOR MY UNCLE FOR MY GRANNY'S FUNERAL. DIDN'T SHOW ANY SYMPATHY I COULD SCREAMED BECAUSE THAT'S HOW DISRESPECTFUL AND UN PROFESSIONAL THEY WERE. IF YOU KNOW WHAT'S BEST NEVER USE THIS AIRLINE BECAUSE I CERTAINLY WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN.

DONT EVER BOOK WITH THEM.. first they hung up the phone on my mama in her face. She was trying to book her uncle down to Houston because her mama passed away and it seem like they would be a little more on the sensitive side but they wasn’t. Instead they insisted on over talking her and giving attitude. This is horrible, disgusting and nasty. Couldn’t be me biking with them.

I bought the ticket online. Quickly one representative call me to update me about some changes about the ability on my fly. His name is Thomas, absolutely helpful and understanding with a lot of patience and a very nice attitude. He was awesome, he explained me everything and he give me a great deal on my ticket. I really recommend this fly ticket page. If everyone who works there is like Thomas you will never regret take this step! Thank you Thomas!
