Amazing team and platform

Amazing team and platform, the customer support is super reactive and respond right away with the correct solution. My book is always being picked up 20min right after I upload it, hope they can stay up to this standard!

Received 10 reviews on my book in the first 2 weeks, really honest guys, reviews are legit and constructive too, you can really see that there is a reader community behind and not just a pool of authors.

Great Platform

Lots of features, at the beginning I was a little overwhelmed I’ll be honest, but the video tutorials at the top of each page are helpful. Support is kind and helpful. 5/5 stars for me, it’d be better if the AI image generator was available to Gold plans too, but it's understandable.

Live chat

Had a very little issue regarding my points balance and I contacted customer support through the live chat. It literally took 10 seconds before one of their team joined the chat and was able to help me right away. The issue was simply that I just had to refresh my page lol...
