Everything about Book Printing China is excellent!
This was my first published book, and they made the entire process stress-free, I appreciate that very much. Winnie in customer service is very friendly and explains the entire process very thoroughly and simply. Oh, by the way, the print quality is professional grade, I ordered hard covers, and I would put these books up against any big-name publishers hard covers any day of the week. BPC is that good. I'm already planning to have my second book printed with them in the near future. Trust me, you won't be disappointed.

Excellent product and customer service! Lynn was very professional, patient, quick to respond and explain the process. Lynn also ensured the quality by the sample provided pointing out areas where the layouts were not centered. I was able to correct the files and resend them. Lynn was patient and did not rush the process. When the bulk printing finished everything was exactly as the sample. Overall a smooth transaction. It was very nice that we had a way to direct message, emails can get tedious going back and forth, so that was nice. It made the process feel more accessible. Good quality and good prices.
