Cannot believe I have just been bloody scammed !!! Still no reply a week before supposed test date

Great service! they were super calm and gave me lots of tips for improving my driving and gave me a super lesson preparing me for the test itself near my test centre.

This is a SCAM website – DO NOT USE! I never received purchase confirmation nor the confirmed booking date and time. I have logged an incident with the Police action fraud team, I urge everyone to do the same if you’ve had the same joyful experience. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE SO COMPANIES > Book My Theory Test Online, Book Theory Test Today and The Theory Test. To book your theory test, use the official gov website.

I booked my theory through them all well and good got my emails turnt up to the test site and it was shut ! I then went on .gov and typed in my reference number only to find out it wasn’t real

THIS IS A SCAM. They take £45 from your bank, you will receive an email stating you will be contacted within 48 hours and you will never hear from the again.

i booked a theory test with this outfit and almost lost £46 , I ONLY GOT £23 BACK AFTER THREATENING LEGAL ACTION IN SMALL CLAIMS COURT , do yourself a favour and AVOID this company , go straight to the GOVT site £23 and no messing about , please do not get sucked in by these scammy outfits ;)

I have tried to report this company to to the Action fraud but can't complete the report as I can't find any details of the company registration number or any contact numbers- can anyone help?

This is a SCAM!! they took 46£ and all I got was an email that says I have booked and that they will be in contact with me within 48 hours, I heard nothing from them!!! Even the booking reference number does not exist!

Complete scam and they seem to be trying to out weigh the true scam reviews with fake 5 star reviews.
Booked a theory test and low and behold , no test has been booked

I payed for my therapy test they took money out of my account and then didn't email me back no confirmation

I am very disappointed, I have tried to contact this company regarding my booking three times and I have not heard a single thing from them, still waiting!!! They are very quick to take your money but not provide good and full customer service!

This is a SCAM and both directors have been reported to Companies House, Action Fraud and Watchdog. Dilbagh Lal and Jazvir Lal who owns this company have scammed us all out of £45.99 for goods and services they have no intention to deliver. They are thieves and have been doing this for years. No wonder they can afford a house at 22 Enderby Drive, Penn, Wolverhampton, West Midlands, United Kingdom, WV4 5QU

I would highly recommend anyone who has been scammed by this website to report fraud online. Look up police fraud report and complete a form to try to get this website taken down. Xx

My daughter informed me that she had not received confirmation of a theory test she booked. When I asked how she booked it she told me via this site. They have taken her money and said that a confirmation would be sent. However, I have checked the official theory test site (via gov.uk) and there is no record of her test being booked by these scammers!! The test is supposed to be sat tomorrow.

I have now started a bank charge dispute with her bank and I have reported this as a crime via the Action Fraud website. I just hope for the sake of everyone else looking to book a theory test that this fraudulent and scam website is closed down.

My son excitedly told me he was getting a date for his test. I gave him my payment card, which he used to "book". We received a receipt, but nothing since. Both he and I have used their "Contact us" facility to complain. We were simply ignored. I rang the phone number. It is disconnected. I've been had. Gutted. Surely this is criminal?

Booked my test for three months in advance. I later read that a lot of people said this was a scam and I got really scared. However it was 100% legitimate! They booked my test and I sat it. I passed first time with flying colours. I enjoyed my time with this company.

*****DO NOT USE***** Scam company, took my son's money and did not book him a test or return the money.
Phone number rings out and no contact from the email.

Do not use this company, they do not get you a theory and I have been asking for a refund and they say it will be returned within 5 days that was beginning of July. No phone number to call only email and they dont answer most the time.

Zero stars, company is a scam! DO NOT USE!! If you care to ‘accept’ the so called good reviews on here you are being sucked in.. trying to get money back through the bank, unfortunately son didn’t listen to go through the right routes of booking through .gov website in the beginning and we now have to go through the pain process of recalling his money through bank…
Disgusting this website is still up and I will be taking it further….
