Dishonest.they use Bait and switch tactics to make profit. This company andvertisrd a free 2 day trial period however I had three charges on my card, one for $5.99, one for $9.99, and one for $13.97. I was unable to use services without multiple glitches are error notices on their website, or during download at 7% the site would freeze. All this only hours into my “free” trial. Their representative confirmed with me errors were seen on her end when she looked into it, and she reported those as well, HOWeVER she refuses to issue me a refund. I finally receive a message “ As a goodwill gesture, I suggested downgrading your subscription”. This place operates dishonestly. Bookbolt never charged me fraudulent and extra charges like this. I recommend using them instead or Canva.

In reference to your reply Oliver. I can say you are the outstanding and best liar on this universe. If you explained that your company completed and with my approval, then why am I writing against this company. The contract was not as you stated. I did not get the 5 books, trailer, no active website nor social media agreement. Not to even repeat the Amazon and Ingran Sparks disaster. And the upmost of not receiving my $750. You lied to Chase Bank, and they refunded the money to your team. In your emails you continuously suggest getting the $750 refund from the bank. The only problem with the bank is that they did not access Amazon to see exactly the ISBN and listing Book Writing Genie as the publisher. The book was already published. Why would you offer to continue in an engagement, when you have blocked me from your line of communication? All I want is my money back. PERIOD.

We truly regret that you feel this way, and we want to assure you that our intention has never been to mislead or cause any frustration. Our goal from the beginning has been to fulfill our contractual obligations and provide the services agreed upon. However, this requires cooperation from both sides. Unfortunately, we have faced significant challenges in moving forward due to a lack of information shared by you and necessary approvals from your end.
Regarding the refund, we did not block you from any communication, and we have consistently been available to address your concerns. The $750 chargeback was processed through your bank, and as we previously stated, any further refund is beyond our agreement since work had already been completed on your project.
Additionally, your book was published under our ISBN only because the necessary imprint information was not provided by you correctly despite multiple requests. If your preference was to use your ISBNs, we were fully prepared to proceed accordingly, but we could not do so without the required imprint details or either sharing the Bowker's account access.We are more than happy to assist you in every way possible.

Book writing genie is the worst company I have ever done business with. They refused to take any of my suggestions and just used Ai to create images that had nothing to do with my story.. Then after months of back and forth, they blocked me and kept my money.. stay far away from Brook, writing genie. They will steal your money

When we sign up our clients we make sure to be transparent with them which is exactly what we did for you. We provided more than we committed but you need to understand that if you pay for 15 illustrations and your book requires 35 there would be an extra cost. We never force our clients to pay we just provide suggestions which are best for your project and then leave the decision up to them. It is professionally and ethically not right to bad name or defame a brand, hiding what you did and rob people out of the whole story.
We built our brand on transparency and we have all the documents that we have provided and the work we have done for you. We have your contract which clearly states the services that will be provided by us and we honestly and professionally fulfilled all of those services even more just for client's satisfaction but there is a line which we cannot cross where we face loss or frustrate our resources.
We invested our time in reaching you out day after day when you ghosted us after scheduling the calls.
We offer professionalism and respect. We expect the same professionalism and respect from our clients too.
I don't think this is too much to ask for.
