Book Publishing HQ is very difficult to work with, they are only interested in how much money they can extract from you and use high pressure techniques to bully and harass you, think collection agency tactics. They are slow to respond. I wish I had never sent my book to these people.
I have been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks they messed up my very first book and am trying to keep going...I even gave them a way to get out of this mess the contract reads money back guarantee.
