Boomarms Reviews

I ordered 3 mags for my TM MWS MK18 from EMG and specifically asked by email if I can get the ones with 5.56 markings, not .300 Blackout. The seller replied that it's not an issue. Guess what arrived in the mail -> .300 Blackout mags. That's about $50 per mag.

I sent multiple emails to the seller but they refuse to communciate with me at all. Absolute disappointment, I recommend you never order from them and search elsewhere. I feel scammed, the seller straight up lied.

I ordered the new GM MWS 416 replica along with a few magazines and I have never had a better service with any other company so far. I haven't had any trouble with the product itself, but since I'm reviewing the service I'll give you my experience.

I chose Boomarms because compared to other sellers they were the cheapest that would ship the product I wanted (it was roughly 15% cheaper than competition). Not only that but they were very helpful with making customs clearance cheaper

I contacted the company after the purchase for info about my shipping and they replied within 4 hours, which is surprisingly fast, the product I purchased wasn't in stock but I chose to get a variant of the product which I was totally fine with. After that, the product was shipped less than 24 hours later, and in 3 days it was already in my country's customs (which was expected considering the product I purchased).
Customs asked for a few documents that Boomarms was extremely quick to forward me in order to get it cleared as fast as possible.
In 8 days the product was shipped, cleared customs, and arrived at my doorstep, which is EXTREMELY fast for a product like this coming from Hong Kong.
For reference I had a similar order from another company and it took about a month to arrive.

I am extremely happy with my experience with Boomarms and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to purchase MWS replicas or parts.

They shipped me a completely different item to what I ordered and weeks later still didn't reply with anything to give me any refund or change the part over or even ship the item back at their expense, all they did was stop responding to my emails, and just suggested to give me a 5% discount coupon for my next order! Like I'll ever order from them again! Fools! Don't waste your time buying from these incompetent people. Even their emails was very unprofessional and looked like an intern was on the other end of the line.

I placed an order on February 1 2024. Boomarms contacted me via email on February 5 2024 to request additional shipping fee. I agreed to pay the additional fee and requested a payment method. Boomarms never responded back even after multiple emails. I waited until February 26 2024, still no response from them. I had to escalate the issue with Paypal to get a refund. Be careful with this vendor, they are a SCAM.

Ordered a Nova SFA Professional 1911 metal kit for Marui MEU in April 2023. Order landed about a week after. Import tax paid and package released....wrong kit. Seller sent the wrong item and after a tiresome and exhausting period of mail exchange, they take the wrong kit back. I pay around 50 USD for shipping insured from Denmark to Hong Kong.
Seller refuses to refund my import taxes, and shipping, for the wrong kit and i open a paypal dispute. They agree to refund a smaller amount than what they owe me. i reject that offer and paypal close the dispute. Meanwhile the seller sends the right kit and it arrives about three months later, because Danish Authorities has to examine the parts because i resembles real gun parts. While waiting im not notified of anything and believe that boomarms company screwed me, and around 500 USD lost for the kit.
I finally got the kit from police and luckily this was the right.
So.... boomarms company sends the wrong item, makes me pay return shipping, and ignores my efforts to contact them about the money they owe me. I have almost 70 mails back and forth from them to document everything.
NEVER buy from this company... hopefully others have better experiences, but this has got to be the most frustrating purchase ever. The last thing they told me was to figure my problems out with paypal. I guess thats the way they threat customers.
