Fantastic service by Kathryn, I was kept updated throughout and received quick responses to all my concerns and enquires.

Jay Blackaby assisted us with our remortgage after helping us two years prior with the mortgage for our house purchase. He found us a great deal and got it through quickly to lock in the rate. Both times we have had Jay assist us he has been very helpful, concise and quick to respond.

This is my 3rd or 4th time dealing with Boon Brokers and once again the service is 5 out 5 always - Everyone I have dealt with is great but I last few times has been Lucinda and she's just amazing and helpful.

I contacted Boon and was handed to Jay. At first he seemed nice and helpful but that deterorated quickly.

I was trying to get the process started before Christmas last year and began in early November. At first I was told it was no problem and could have an offer by the following week.

I asked to wait a couple weeks to make my account look better. "no problem" he said. When I try to continue the process, Jay doesn't answer emails, when I call he's not available and doesn't call back. It comes to Thursday 3 weeks in a row and then he's "not in" Friday. Then the year is over. In January we reconvene, only to be told eventually I need a specialist lender and they can't help me. Awful.

Went to another Broker and am now waiting to complete, all within about 6 weeks.

Excellent, efficient, friendly and professional service once more from Lucinda.

Jay provided an excellent service and support, especially when the lender requests became challenging. Highly recommended.

Incredibly impressed with our experience with Boon Brokers! Adam handled our application and was extremely patient - we were extremely nervous due to a previous decline, and we dealt with a couple of sellers who took a very long time to instruct solicitors, but Adam kept in contact and reassured us our application would go smoothly - he submitted the application on Friday evening and we had the full offer on Monday morning! Would 110% recommend to anyone else looking to apply for a mortgage.
