Scam. I bought this about 1 year ago because it claimed to be one of the fastest loading speed sites, at first, my site speed was high. Then today, after almost a year of using it, I got an email from support saying my website is too slow and it is affecting conversion and he would offer to help me. I said okay if my site is slow, I expect you to fix it as I didn't add any extra plugins different from the first month of using it. Then he said, " I'll charge you a one-time fee of $1500." Holy crap, the upfront cost of this theme is already way more expensive than anything else and they try to upsell you something that should've been included from your first day of purchase - speed.

I just checked my speed and it has went from grade B down to C. I'm not sure if they are purposely slowing your speed just so they can upsell you as you already bought a product from them 1 year ago, meaning no more income for them as a customer. I am willing to pay extra if there is an additional feature or benefit, but not something you promised on the first day. This is horrible. Thanks to them, I'm going to look for another theme solution, I think a free theme will do just fine from shopify.

I purchased the Boostertheme and was really excited about setting up my Shopify store when I quickly discovered I had made a mistake. First, I didn’t realize the purchase price was in US funds. I had assumed it would be Canadian funds as I read the founders are Canadian. It cost $593.12 CAN not $400.
I decided to proceed as the reviews I read were great. Once I started building the theme I noticed it wasn’t as smooth as the themes offered by Shopify. There were glitches or areas that didn’t make sense. So I went straight to the Help Centre. There I found outdated videos and broken links to most of the pages. This was a HUGE red flag for me. I knew that the “life time” theme came with 1 year of support and then after that I’d be on my own for any future updates or issues. I tried using the insta chat on the website but I received an automated message that someone would contact my by email. Quickly I decided that this theme was not going to work for me. I felt that the cost and support were not worth it. I found a very good theme supported by Shopify with much of the same features for far less. I went to the refund policy page and clicked “contact us” only to find another broken link. That right there made my mind up. If they’re making it difficult to obtain a refund then there is going to be problems. I finally received an email from Klea with a link to request a refund. I filled it out and was advised it would be reviewed and if approved I would get my money back. Then nothing. So I started emailing Klea asking if it had been approved. No reply. I used the insta chat on their website and would get an automated message that someone would email me. No one would reply and I felt they were running the clock out. I found Trust Pilot and left a review. I’m not kidding, with in minutes of leaving a review I received an email that my refund was approved days ago but their email to advise me somehow got lost. I was then contacted by email by Loic asking if they could try to make things better by extending my guarantee period by another 14 days and walk me through the process. By this time there was no way I was giving them anymore of my time as it is obvious they can’t provide the support in a timely manner. I’m not paying money for a product that I can get at a more affordable cost with full support directly from Shopify. I explained what my issues were and Loic explained they were transitioning the help center and they were working out the bugs. I declined his offers to make things right and requested my money back. He advised that the refund was granted and asked what could be done for me to change my review on here. I told him once my refund was applied to my credit card I would amend the review. Which is what I have now done. I believe I requested the refund Oct 20, submitted the request either October 21 or 22. I did not get confirmation of the refund by granted until November 1 and didn’t receive the credit back on my credit card until November 4. I received $550.13 from the $593.12 I paid. I assume it is due to the currency exchange. I’m now happily selling my product from a Shopify supported theme. Would I recommend Boostertheme? Most likely not. Mainly because of the support provided. I think the theme has potential and many great features and if you’re techy you’ll probably do fine. For those who need a support centre or who rely on well mapped and updated resources this is not the theme for you. If you’re looking for a frustration free theme and company this is not for you. If you are a wizard with the computer then go for it.

Great theme web. It has a lot of apps included to help you to make sells and if anything is missing the team has a great response.

Theme is not usable, one of the most important and basic functions is just not working at all.

Support isn't answering.

The problem is that it's not possible to change the variants on the product page. If you click on another variant the price and the picture doesn't change. It keeps always the first variant. We mentioned after one day and therefore got a lot of false orders now.

Answer my support request and correct this problem! We spent a lot of time to setup the theme and now we'd like to use it!

The support agency name DJAC, he is always making me happy with his solutions and methods. I have so many problems but he helped me to move pass those with his devotion and enthusiasm. I like this guy. Hope Booster Theme will have him a promotion or rewards. Keep doing the best guys!

Building a new Shopify site, Booster theme is lightning fast and minimizes unnecessary bloat. Customer Service was quick to respond to all my questions, couldn't be happier with the theme!

UPDATED: Customer support reached out and gave me access to the new version of the theme. They were quick in doing so and again showed what 5-star customer service looks like.

Bought Booster theme about 2 years ago, and they now stopped giving me updates/access to the newer versions. I reached out to support and they said I had to pay again, even though I already have my license from before.

The theme version I have access to is outdated and there is no point in using it, so that's just $500 down the drain. Don't want to buy the new version because who knows when they'll stop updating that one and make me pay again.

Don't understand the logic in punishing customers who supported you from the beginning.

From all that though, the customer support was good, and can't say anything bad about that.

I'm really appreciate the support team. They fixed all my issues.

Booster theme helped me save 150 dollars in apps. It works and the customer service is very responsive.

This theme is absolutely amazing! If you are wondering if you should get it, don't even over think it, buy it! It's the one you've been looking for!

After launching our Booster Theme website, our conversion tripled. We've not only had a lot of success and enjoy the layout, but the customer service is phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make us feel supported. I can't recommend them enough!

Booster theme provides a solid theme that integrates with almost all popular apps for our website. We got off to a rough start but Dulce helped us out and now we are up and running.

I have nothing but good things to say about this theme. The support that comes along with the purchase is worth it. There was a couple design ideas I had and could not figure them out. The support with Booster Theme made it happen for me and in a timely manner. That is a huge plus for me to get help fast if needed. Also my website speed Tripled. If you are looking for a good fast theme that has a good support staff, Booster Theme has it.

Started 3 years ago with the v3 of the booster theme and recently updated to v6. I LOVE IT!!

Updated Review. I had some initial issues and Booster support has bent over backward to make things work out. Their customer service is A++ and the theme is great with conversion-packed features. I tried Shopify's new 2.0 themes but had to come back to the Booster theme because of their great support and theme features. Highly recommend!

Great experience so far

We've seen significant speed and use-ability improvements since installing this theme. We ran into a few issues with 3rd party app integrations, but the Booster support team was very responsive and helped us fix these quickly.

Great addon, works really nice and is pretty simple.

I’m really enjoying the theme and the way it is set up. Plus the customer support has been amazing! Worth it and I highly recommend.
