The book, as well as his online course, is just a money grab and leaves consumers with very little support. If you can't afford his $7-10k course, the book is a nice way alternative with probably similar value for a much cheaper price

learning how the housing authority thinks from the administrator side is knowledge you just cant get anywhere else and having a former director like stacy august vouch for the inspection prep in the foreword is huge third party validation that you cant manufacture definitely the most credible rei book on my shelf.
The story at the beginning really pulled me in. Karim starting pressure washing at 16 and seeing firsthand how Section 8 income works was a great way 💯 to introduce the bigger idea behind the book. I especially liked the concept of viewing this income as contractual rather than something uncertain. There are some genuinely useful investing lessons here.
