Hace 1 mes que hice el pedido, no me ha llegado aun y estamos a 15 de octubre. No tengo esperanzas. Estoy intentando contactar con alguien pero no hay forma. Estoy bastante disgustada.

If there was an option for 0 stars it would be a 0. If you look on the website itself the 800 number is short one number and if you call the 900 number it’s no longer in service. I put in the order on Sept 14th and now it’s Oct 3rd and still no email with a tracking number. The contact info for is two different addresses. One is a run of the mill address that leads to nowhere and the other I’m waiting to see IF there is a response. I can see the 5 star ratings are not genuine, but that’s just an opinion under present circumstances.

I bought some gel nail polish, very disappointed with your product, I didn't dry, was streaky and the smell is awful. I suppose you get what you pay for, cheap and nasty. I'll pay more next time and get a lot better product.

I placed an order back in December for a selection of items totaling to about $250. I've ordered from Born Pretty multiple times in the past with no problems whatsoever and was actually very satisfied with the products I received. This time, however, has been an awful experience that I ended up filing a chargeback through my bank over. BP provided me with a tracking number that never updates/didn't exist, filed my order as "fulfilled" even though no package was ever received, their chat is constantly down or if it's live, no one actually responds regardless of how long you wait, an automated message asks if you'd like to be emailed instead which they never reach back out to do, and if you take the initiative to email them, you still won't hear anything back.

I placed an order almost a month ago, there is no info at all. The tracking number it looks doesn't exist. The chat of the customer service is saying all the time you will receive an email but the email never came. I can't believe it such a bad service... i have the feeling I was scamed 😤

Nota dolente, una volta ricevuti i prodotti (5 mesi dopo aver fatto l'ordine) sono rimasta terribilmente delusa: qualità scarsissima, le varie polveri e glitter sono davvero pessime, scadenti anche per il prezzo stracciato. Sconsigliatissimo, state alla larga da questo sito.

Лаки наполнены по плечики, укрывистые, не полосят, цвета насыщенные, фотопалитре соответствуют. Втирка тоже без нареканий. За такую цену качество выше всяких похвал!

Die Produkte sind trotz ihres günstigen Preises qualitativ sehr hochwertig und gut verarbeitet. Die Farben sind sehr deckend und trotz dessen härten sie problemlos aus. Sie halten sehr gut und der Top Coat glänzt auch nach einigen Wochen noch sehr schön. Ich kann diese Marke nur sehr empfehlen!!!

I'm always amazed by born pretty products. The website is very user friendly and I can spend hours looking for what I'll order next. I get exactly what I see in the pictures and shipments make it on a timely manner. I'm always watching nail art tutorials and whenever I see something I like, I go see if born pretty has it and so far they always do and they are much more affordable than many other brands.
