Had system installed late October November last year. Emailing with faults by December 5 2023
Engineers drilled through outside lighting
Also managed to lock a pensioner out of own home by ignoring instructions
Constantly emailing throughout December nothing , January still nothing
October 2024 still no help
Thermostat doesn’t display anything at all
When temp drops system stops completely. Pensioner on warfarin living in temps of below 16 degrees
Eventually got contacted by someone in management who said emailing incorrect complaint procedure extremely rude and intimidating on phone so gave up trying. Don’t like bullies
To top everything £500 a month on electricity bills

They went above and beyond not only in their professional workmanship but also showed compassion and support when I had a personal emergency to attend to! I recently had insulation work carried out through Borthwick Group, and the entire process was very well-organized. Samantha kept in regular contact with me, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that all the necessary arrangements were coordinated.

Lewis, the home assessor, visited the property to carry out a thorough survey. He was very knowledgeable and made sure all aspects of the property were properly assessed.

The workmen, though I didn’t catch their names, were prompt, efficient, and carried out the insulation work without any issues. Everything was completed to a high standard, and I was very satisfied with the result.

I’m now just waiting for the PIV installation to be completed. Best of all, the entire process was fully funded by grants, which made it even better.

I would gladly recommend Borthwick Group and would not hesitate to use their services again in the future.

Absolutely overjoyed with this service.
Everything was done so quickly from the day I found out that I qualified. In all, the work was done over 3 days. Work men were very professional. Arrived on time, caused minimal disruption and explained everything well.
I did realise that my hall radiator wasn’t working after the work was finished, so I reported it online. Within hours, I got a phone call to say someone would be round the next day. As promised, two work men came and fixed the issue within 5 minutes!

I’m very grateful for the work and the efficiency. Thank you!

The lads were very punctual and arrived right on time, guiding me through the entire process step by step. They maintained a clean and organized workspace, ensuring everything was safe and secure.
The gentleman took the time to walk me through the tablet, making sure to explain every detail clearly. They were incredibly accommodating, and no question or request seemed to be too much trouble for them.

The lads were bang on time , very polite and respectful, they were offered cuppas but refused ,did a great job , very pleased

From the first contact and checking of the property right through to completion. The office staff and team3 who carried out the work have been very friendly and professional, nothing to much bother. Work place left spotless.

The 2 lads arrived early and were fully prepared they were both very polite and respectful. They went above and beyond expectations even covering my fish pond to protect the fish. They worked hard and cleaned up any mess afterwards. All staff from the office staff, canvasser, surveyor and the installers have been polite and helpful. Well done Borthwick you have a very professional team .

We had cavity wall insulation installed today. The whole process has been seamless and professional from the first call from Borthwicks to installation. The installers turned up on time, were polite and respectful, carried out the work and cleaned up afterward. A great job thank you.

Had loft insulation and cavity wall insulation done yesterday by this company, three lads all very polite and hard working turned up after a 2 hour drive to get here,it was a absolutely wet and cold day but that didn't stop the lads one bit, the cavity wall old stuff was vacuumed out and replaced with new product, the same with the loft all the old itchy dusty fiberglass was removed and replaced with wool, they cleaned up the best they could considering the appalling weather conditions, very well rated

Three Borthwick Workers came round bright and early and took out the old cavity wall insulation and installed new. This was under the GBIS scheme. Top quality work carried out and cleaned up the mess created afterwards. The other Borthwick employees involved, from the person knocking on the door, to the surveyor and the office staff, were all very helpful.

It’s good to know there are still tradesmen who do an excellent job. They arrived on time got straight on with the job in hand. The team were co-ordinated each knew their job and left everything clean and tidy.
We would recommend them to anyone

The 3 lads turned up on time. They explained what was going to happen very clearly. They seemed to carry out the work quickly and efficiently. They were very courteous and friendly. The only small criticism I would give is they could have cleaned up a bit better.

The lads that came to carry out the cavity wall work were very professional polite respectful explained everything at each stage of the job they worked in bad weather conditions and it didn't phase them at all they worked to the highest standard and cleaned up everything afterwards indoor and outdoor
