Changing prices when it suits them and unreliable

After the experience I’ve had with boshhh mobile without a shadow of a doubt I will be moving to a different company

If my phone plan is £29.99 why are you attempting to take 30.00 or £30.23 I don’t care if it’s one pence or 20 pence the price when I signed up was £29.99 so why is the price constantly changing that’s not what I signed up for

Don’t even get me started on what happened today
A payment had tried to take out of my account which I clearly had no funds available I step outside to go and see my child father only to find out my phone has been locked off I couldn’t make important phone calls literally nothing I could do.

You don’t tell me my phone service is being restricted you just cut my phone off after one missed payment!

I’m already going through enough financial burden I told them when I could pay and ask them to remove the restriction I was told I need to call back when I have funds available to get the restriction removed i pay my phone bill every time without a fail

Without a fail I will moving to a different company within 48 hours i guarantee that !

Usually, monthly price increases are down to additional cost services such as MMS or 0300 numbers.

So far Boshhh has been really good 👍🏻

So far Boshhh has been really good. Easy to use app, decent amount of data and the signal strength is always good wherever I've been in the UK — I travel a lot for work.

When I called to add new card details as I was having problems, Darren Todd was great on the phone and fixed the issue straight away. He also explained how the credit building function worked for me as I was unsure and was generally just a nice bloke 👍🏻

Unreliable

So basically app isn't reliable customer service not good I tried to pay bill via app didn't work had to pay over the phone was told app would update or was updating and would be ok. Updated via app store then couldn't see nothing in app called yesterday paid bill via the phone told guy I wanted my pac code and then I would terminate contract only for him to transfer me to voicemail and disconnected my number before giving me code now im getting the run around I need my number back as I'm expecting calls from various authorities from the police social services and hospital absolutely regret switching to this company

Had a problem with getting my sim card…

Had a problem with getting my sim card set up as it wasn't initially receiving data. However I contacted suppor and they responded within seconds and was able to get me up and running very quickly. Hopefully my credit rating will start to improve over coming months. So far so good 👍

Great and friendly customer service

Great and friendly customer service. Gets straight to the point and understands what customer needs and always has solutions. Spoke to Mubashar today and he made something that seemed so complicated quick and simple.

This network is really good

This network is really good , has a brilliant connection 5g and 4g in some places, customer service is brilliant and they work along with a customers to solve any issues they may have.

Darren Todd has helped me out with my problem very quick and sufficient

Excellent customer service. The staff are always so helpful. I have had a great experience dealing with Mubashar in particular. If only more providers could have such personal service.

I’ve been a new customer with Boshh…

I’ve been a new customer with Boshh since day one and without a doubt no matter who I’ve got as a representative they have been fantastic today did not disappoint his name was Mo Basha Hussain he was so friendly so helpful so down to earth and on the other side he was willing to chat about just nothing about Boshh but just something outside of that which also I think is very important because a lot of people maybe like myself you have mental health issues don’t get to speak to many people through the day cause they can’t leave the house and just to get to speak to him just about anything or how your day going or I was asking him because he’s from Pakistan and he’s Muslim and I’m Christian and I’m teaching one of my friends who is Muslim a Christian it was so refreshing and a lot of people out there especially people with mental health problems all people maybe don’t speak to anybodyall day. I’m not really means a lot to someone. I grew up with my grandmother all my life she passed away in April. She was 94. These generation don’t have time for all people and there’s a lot of lonely old people out there and I keep telling them that they’re only looking at mirror images of themselves so what’s coming to them when they walk in the streets so respect to elderly and respect everyone? I must say I’m so excited to be part of Boshh and what comes in the future And I can’t can’t Express fantastic services fantastic the customer services and they’re all over experience has been fantastic my name is Scotty crothers and I am from Northern Ireland
