Charged me $10.00 and took $50.FRAUD!!
I joined boss revolution tried to purchase a e-gift Visa card because they offered a 15% discount ..the charge failed not because of lack of funds ..it failed because the merchant gateway kept denying it..at the time I didn't understand this
So I attempted more than once..and still it kept happening
Finally I tried a different way ..I decided to purchase a recharge and use the recharge funds on the app to purchase a gift card
So I chose a recharge of $50 and it only gave me a 10.00 recharge on my account
So now I tried emailing them because their chat option is not working
So I called on the phone and I'm just waiting and waiting and waiting
I have $50 loss of funds and being put on hold for almost 30 minutes now ..
It shouldn't be that difficult to purchase a e-gift card ..if Boss Revolution offers visa gift cards through their app and totally denied your payment and attempt to blame it on your own personal bank is a lie! I haven't yet received my $50 back
And I'm forewarning others not to use this service for anything

This is a scam!
When you send a top up, the person will not get the promotion Boss Revolution indicates they should get. I called support team, I was told that they were not responsible for promotion, I have to reach out to the receiver's phone service provider. You know what? the top up receiver called their service provider and were said they were not eligible for this promotion while I paid for it. So, this is a scam! stealing people money.
Be careful with Boss Revolution, there is other trustful service out there. Unfortunately, I am not able to post a screenshot of my transactions.

purchased a $20 card and downloaded the associated app, noting that its validity extended until October 2025. To my surprise, I discovered that they had been charging me $5 every month—even though I hadn't used the service at all, and there was still a remaining balance on the card. When I contacted them to inquire why this had happened, I was told that they could not issue a refund, despite the fact that I had never utilized the service. This company is a bunch of scammers

I had a promo plan for 90 days to call to Eritrea but I can't use it because of poor connection of boss. When I try it said the number you called is closed but it's not closed I try by other apps it works that's why I give you 1star
