As discussed this morning, the USPS confirmed delivery to your mailbox on Sept 9th at 3:18 pm. I have filed a report with USPS and have sent the case to you along with the tracking history of your package. I encourage you to check with your mail carrier and local post office. USPS has advised that I cannot file a stolen mail report from our end but the case has been opened with them and you can file that type of report. We are very diligent in getting all orders out the same day and following until confirmed delivery.(which your package was confirmed to be delivered a week ago) As I said please follow up with us after you have been able to talk to local carrier and neighbors. We will continue to track on our side and look forward to hearing back from you.

I have found the patches to really help with my back pain.
I have found the patches to really help my back/hip pain whenever it crops up from doing too much driving. Having shared patches with friends to see if it helps their hip/back issues, I have gotten positive feedback. In fact, all four of them have ordered patches for themselves.

My wife has terminal metastatic breast…
My wife has terminal metastatic breast cancer in 90% of her bones, her liver and both lungs. Her back and hips are in constant pain. We tried one of the 96 hour patches and her pain was greatly reduced. She gets 3-4 days out of them. She has had a patch on constantly since the first day.

Pure Ratio is a great product for mild…
Pure Ratio is a great product for mild to moderate pain. It lasts 4 days through showers. I have not tried a bath so not sure about that. The downside is that the patches do leave a mark and some itching dry skin after 4 days.

Yes some people do get minor rashes from the natural adhesive used but good news is it clears up quickly with both of the topical samples we sent with your package. Try the moisture boosting serum first as that one will really help the dry skin and also the rash. The dream balm also has lots of great herbs and of course cbd that are great for skin irritations.

As I said in my original review, I believe in your product and now after talking with you, I stand behind it even more.
My last review was in regards to a couple dry patches and a miscommunication. Neither of which (as we figured out) was the companies issue. Thank you for contacting me and helping me get this sorted out. I received the new set of patches and relief is overwhelming me at times. Thank you, so very much for being real and honest and even though I insisted on paying, you insisted on just flat helping me. Not very often you find quality in product and service.

Unbelievable
Unbelievable! Best customer service! Products work great! We got the CBD recovery spray, HOT FREEZE, definitely takes the edge off. Also got one of the CBD prerolled, works as promised. Again all came in a very nice hemp bag, very nice handwritten note. This is my second purchase, definitely won’t be my last.

CBD newbie, repeat customer, CBD for pain relief!
After I had a stroke a year ago, my body's been in a lot of pain in certain areas on one side of my body and I have a chronic separated shoulder. I was tired of taking 24 ibuprofen a day and started googling CBD because I figured it was time. I don't avail myself of the plant that it comes from and so I knew this was going to be safe and I have been reading a little bit but hearing more about how it works and I just used Google and botanicam came up.
I'm pretty sure that I sent them a message asking a question and Amy, one of the founders contacted me and explain some things and pointed me in the direction of some people on the staff that I could personally speak with if I wanted to for consultations on what to use and why to use it and how to use it.
This was huge this is why people are fed up with retailers in the world for Mass change whose customer service is awful and don't care about the why, and the why is very important to me.
Long story short I got some full spectrum CBD salve, sampled a hot freeze for muscle aches, and gummies chocolate, several other products. I took my time using them, thinking about how it affected the pain, and I was really stuck on this Ave and the hot freeze and the gummies in the chocolate I really liked everything. I'm now repeating business and will continue to do so they've been so helpful they have wonderful videos on YouTube you can watch and learn or contact them personally for advice! :)
You got to trust your source right and CBD is definitely my trusted source they're yours too. Contact them!
