Order was packaged very good…to prevent damage during transport.

I ordered two Blanton. $253. Waited two weeks, then three, now almost four. Never even got a tracking number. Contacted several times, finally had to report to my credit card company. Stay away!

Exceptional packaging, all arrived in perfect condition.

When my package arrived. I removed it from the plastic and the upper part of the bullet had a quarter inch crack in it. The contents did not leak so I was good with that other than that I'm good. Thank you

I would give it 0 stars. I placed an order of Blantons and canceled it hours later after finding a bigger bottle at a lower price. The still shouted the order and refused to cancel it. Requested a prepaid label and was told to call when I received the order. Called when I received the item twice and never got the return label. They keep you on hold forever. Worst company!

I ordered a bottle of $249 champagne on Dec. 20th and I had to email them to get them to ship it. It was shipped on Jan. 2nd. The gift is still in California and hasn’t moved. So much for a New Year’s even gift.

Placed and order for 6 bottles of Blanton’s bourbon. The total for my order was over $1500 and I received 1 of 6 bottles.

They refuse to send out the remaining items and their customer service is two guys who whisper and are very hard to understand.

I have no other choice than to contact my credit card company and let them know to refund my money.

DO NOT purchase from Bottle Buzz!!! These guys are crooks and are unethical. I ordered 4 bottles of Blanton's Straight From The Barrel on December 7 for Christmas presents. I received an email on December 16 saying my order of 4 BOTTLES was out for delivery. The delivery that was made contained only 1 bottle of Blanton's, not 4. I immediately called the Customer Service number asking to get the other 3 bottles shipped out immediately, to which I was told to take a picture of what was delivered and email it to them... to which I did. I received an email back saying someone would get in touch with me within 48 hours. Today, 72 hours later I still had not heard anything from them, so I called... again. I was told to wait another 24 hours and someone would contact me with resolution. NOT HAPPY, NOT IMPRESSED! STAY AWAY FROM BOTTLE BUZZ!!! There are reputable online liquor distributors out there... this is NOT one!

Fast delivery with secure, protective packaging for the contents. I have been unable to find this specific brand available anywhere else so being able to order multiple bottles was perfect.

Worst customer service. I would stay clear away from these guys. They have an issue where if the shipping address and cardholders address aren't the same, it defaults to the cardholder address. I noticed right away and warned them asking for help (cancel the order, fix the address, etc.) Instead they waited a few days to say:

"We are completed the order and it is about to be shipped in next two days"

Not addressing the issue at all they sent the bottle to the wrong address. After 10 days of emails, i finally got a response

"The order had been shiped and the tracking number"

(these are copied and pasted by the way, word for word atrocious responses)

I decided to place a charge-back on my card because I got 0 response on how to start a return, and then they hit me with.

" Hi eliajah (not my name)

Not against you or making it wrong .

You have ordered the same and before you gave the shipping the address the label was created is the problem so we tried to change the same but could not is the problem"

??? - i'd stay well clear of these guys, god forbid they screw something up and you can never have someone communicate to you properly about getting reimbursed.

I like how you pack the packages no damage at all.
