bottles were great. just processing time of my order took much longer than expected.

Timely delivery with reasonable shipping cost.

Ordered bottles Jan. 20th with an estimated delivery date of Jan. 23rd (both on website and on confirmation email). Contacted company on Jan. 27th, company now says the product is made 'on demand' and has a '1 to 2 week lead time'. Contacted company again today (Feb. 3rd), company says they will 'reach out to their vendor' and get back to me. I am very unhappy with transaction (at least so far).

Edited to add: I just received the bottles (Feb. 4th). No tracking number was ever sent, they just showed up. Now I'd rate the overall experience 4-star. Bottles are good, were well-packaged, and a good price. Still just a bit annoyed that the lead time was not made clear at purchase.

Easy, fast and shipped without delay.

This is my first time shopping here. I was impressed with website and the packaging the items came in. I'm really happy with the quality and size of these jars, though I was sad that there's not as many lid options available on this SKU.

I never received a shipping confirmation after placing my order. It's not a big deal, though I thought it was odd that it was stated in my receipt but never happened.

Easy shopping and fast delivery!

Hopefully I didn't pay for the cork that showed up with bottles.....two days before tracking said. I wasn't here, thankfully my wife was. I do not need cork and would never order this type to begin with. The bottles are satisfactory.
The shipper is working to get the lift gate charges refunded. We have a lift and used it to get pallet off truck.

Very quick turnaround, and everything was packaged perfectly and no damage!

Paid for caps and sprayers and didn’t receive them nor did I receive notice of shipment delay.

This is my first purchase with you, and I would like to continue buying from you, but communication is a bit difficult and slow. You don't have a phone number I can call for information, which I would appreciate. Everything is done via email, and the process itself is excellent. I can't comment on anything else because I haven't received the product yet.

Too late to ship. Waited many days still not receive item

Received my order before they said and it was perfectly delivered.

I have been asked to do this review, about 8 days after ordering. On the order confirmation email, it said I would recieve an email when the order begins shipping. I have not received that email yet. I figure this means my order has not yet shipped.
Which means I don't have it yet. I am currently pretty unhappy about the experience.

I never received my refund for returned items. There is no contact information to call and check on the status of my refund.

It’s best not to attempt a return, they won’t offer to pay for shipping (most companies do). They won’t process the refund.

I ended up paying the full price for a product, plus shipping to return, still ended up with nothing. All I wanted was to exchange for the correct size, but they weren’t able to do that.
