I have just had my faith in human nature restored thanks to the fantastic service from Pete Farrell - Operations Director. It was just a small thing but having spent some time trying to track down the item without success Bottworkplace had one. I was sent one immediately. Thank you so much!!!!

I spoke to Pete at Bottworkplace regarding some old tool cabinets I had purchased second hand. I knew they were top quality and knew if I could locate some keys they would be absolutely perfect for my workshop. Pete knew I did not have a big order to place but that did not matter. He located old keys and sent me a quotation as requested. At the same time he sent me new keys in the post to get me out of trouble. His service was amazing, absolutely no problem. Yes he sent me FOC the keys but the service, attention to detail abd the friendly contact was outstanding. I will not forget Pete, his high quality service or Bottworkplace. Many thanks.

I have a older bott drawer unit over 25 years old and it has served me well, unfortunately 1 of the drawer runners has collapsed.
Peter at Bottworkplace, picked up the gauntlet and ran with it! He left no stone unturned in his quest to help me out of my predicament! Unfortunately because of the age of my Bott unit he was unable to locate draw runners for my long since obsolete Bott unit, Peter even went to the Manufacturer in Germany to see if they could help, but alas they didn't hold any spares for my 'Ancient Bott'
Peter was desperately sorry that he was unable to obtain a new Draw Runner, but rather than just leave it at that he took the time to find me a company that would be able to supply me new bearings to repair my draw runner.
It makes a refreshing change for a company employee to go to do much trouble to help someone in their hour of need! It is also a testament to Bott for the design of my Bott unit in the first place, for it to have given such outstanding service. If I could afford a new 'up-to-date'
Bott I would definitely be paying Peter a visit @bottworkplace.com

I have desks and cupboards from Bott, which have lasted the test of time, certainly would not want anything else. The service from Bott is over the top, always willing to put the extra effort in. Recently I lost my key(s) for a cupboard, they have kindly replaced them FOC. Getting the keys FOC is great but it was the effort and generosity of the thought that I appreciated. Thank you Peter Farrel.

I have chosen Bott for all of our workshops including wall cupboards and a large cabinet for our CNC tooling . We have also added Bott tables into our scientific labs . You can just quality of Bott equipment makes it a product that will last a life time easily . We always receive prompt service when we need it helping us replace lost keys .

We have lots of Bott Cubio cabinets for various uses, very versatile and well made. Had them for a few years now and we damaged one, I asked Bott for a quote to replace the damaged items and they managed to send some spares out for free. Great service to match the great products.

All of my order had arrived, but I had not yet had a chance to open up all the items. Several weeks later when I opened the last items, I discovered one had a small problem. The customer service team were great and got it sorted without any fuss. Have now purchased again from them based on the experience.

Had some problems with my bolts for my workbench and the shop I bought the bolts from sent me to Bott directly, got an answer to my email in 3 minutes and bolts posted in the morning! Great customer service 11/10
