Brillent friendly service and advice!

A product was out of stock so Had a call from them the very next day (ordered late at night, when they were shut). giving me alternatives and after deciding that is was best I stopped with my orrigonal choice. they spicily orderd the item in for me!

the products were the cheapest on the internet and came packaged really well and fast!

I will not be getting my gear from any one else after this service!!

Just wish the centre was nearer as I would be using that a lot as well!!

Delivery took a while, but very nice & helpful explanation for delay. Very competitive price and very reasonable shipping rates to mainland Europe.

So good that after buying one for a present for my brother I decided I really needed one
Only problem was the postage nearly cost as much as the product!

I went to the shop and tried these shoes on; I explained that I couldn't afford to buy them until the end of the month but promised to get them from the website when I could! The staff were friendly, and the shoes arrived quickly with no problems once ordered.

I bought a chalk bag and some shoes over the Internet and was able to communicate with the guys in the store via email. They sent me some pictures of the chalk bags so I could pick one specifically. They were very responsive. When I got the shoes they were a bit too tight and when I sent them another email asking to swap them for the next size up, they replied extremely promptly and gave me instructions on what to do. They were very helpful! Thanks for the top service!!

I bought a finger board over the phone as it was a present and needed to be delivered ASAP. I was assured it would be delivered on time and when it didn't materialise I was sent a 25% discount code for a future purchase. I have just recently bought another finger board online and was unable to find any wear to add the code. The payment went through so I sent an email explaining the situation and heard nothing back until this customer service request came through about a week later!

Was impressed with the speed of their delivery on the 2 occasions I've used Boulders recently. I had a little trouble accessing the online account when I needed to swap some shoes but once the office was open I was able to speak to some really friendly, helpful staff and all problems were resolved.

I bought the Red Chili Spirit Speed climbing shoes for my partner as its part of his job as well as his hobby and fathers day approaches ...can not believe that in less than 24 hours he was not only wearing but using them!! He loves them said they are brilliant and everything that they were described to be....not his first pair of shoes ever but easily contending to be his favourite and as for the service couldn't be happier boxed and packaged carefully and thoughtfully in perfect condition and delivered faster than we could have got them had we been to the shop and purchased ourselves!! Very happy and will definitely buy here again!

I am a newbie to the world of climbing but felt it was time get some of my own equipment.
The shop was excellent with a large range, clear explanations and excellent prices.
The registration and check out was swift and easy and the goods came through the following day.
Really couldn't ask for more.

Goo service shame about the cost of next day delivery that's all really.
