Love the beauty products,just don't like how long it takes to receive the products.Also whoever is in customer service never responds to questions in regards to orders. Kelis and her company need to do better with that.I don't care if they post it takesv10 days or 14 days respond to your customers.

I ordered the goldmine bundle. I received confirmation Immediately that my order was received, was advised to allow a little over 2 weeks for processing. I received my order today , tried the facial products-love. Will try the hair products very soon. I will be purchasing again.

I ordered two different pairs of jeans from her company back in November and have received nothing! She along with her company have completely stop responding and has kept thousands of dollars in stolen money from people trying to support. I’m out almost $400 and nothing to show for it. They even delete their post after the new lies don’t hold up. Someone please check out “pearlygatesapparel” on ig. I bought from Bounty and full and waited for unpdates from either company which she endorses. Please know that karma will catch up to you Kelis.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD WORKING MONEY ON THIS SCAM!

I ordered overalls in November, it’s almost April and I have yet to receive them. After reading other reviews, I wonder if anyone has received them. I’ve sent emails and have not received a response and this company doesn’t offer refunds. I will never order any of Kelli’s’ products again.

*Update: April 9th, still no order after IG page said orders will go out March 20th.

Ordered the $200 overalls. Don’t have them. The website said they would be mailed 2/18. I have received nothing. I sent and email no response. I can’t believe it.

I ordered skin food from Bounty and Full then looked at all the reviews and was scared that I was going to have to wait 3 months and my product would be mould. I ordered from the UK and it came around 2 weeks time which I was pleasantly suprised by after reading the reviews and everything was fine

I ordered my products ( Skin Food, Brain Food and the Big Hair Don't Care bundle) and received my products within 7 days of ordering, can't wait to see what these products are going to do!! SUPER EXCITED!!

I HAVE WAITED OVER A WEEK FOR MY PRODUCT THAT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE HERE IN 3-5 DAYS. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE NUMBER AND NO WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE IN HER BUSINESS. NEVER AGAIN!!!! I WISH I HAD READ THESE REVIEWS PRIOR TO PURCHASE. KELIS SUCKS!!!!

DO NOT ORDER from this company - I ordered 4 months ago, I have no order confirmation and I have sent many emails, one person responded and said
''Please be patient with us as we are currently fixing issues and complaints from our first batch and will be shipping by the end of January, we will update you soon as possible with tracking number. We appreciate your patience as we have pulled the overalls causing delays be reassuring we are shipping out a superior product. It will be worth the wait as we are shipping out high quality overalls. Delivery date 2/18''

To date, I have not received any delivery and no response to my emails asking for a refund. I had to go to the Amazon Pay team to seek a refund. This company is a total scam!

What I order vs one I received..for Canadian resident the hidden cost is likely $40-50 custom fee :(

Hi I ordered the bundle from the 8th of Jan 2024. I was so excited the delays were very long. The items just got in today 6 of February. I ran to use everything . I hope I will not be sorry. This took too long to come. I expect greatnest.... next time I will read these reviews first

Order Jan.10 2024 Haven't Received Order, Have Reach Out Several Times, No Response, Still Waiting For One,I Asked For Refund, Still No Response!!!!

I have ordered from Bounty and Full many times. So have a few of my friends. All products are as stated on the website. I have not needed to get in touch with the company besides one time and I received a timely response. My products generally arrive quicker than the 14+ day estimate provided on the website. The only issue I have is the inconsistent descriptions on the website, size of bottles etc.

I received my product within a week of ordering. I'm excited to see the resultsand Will update soon.

Scammed by Kelis and her overall company. Overalls were ordered early November and after several dates have been pushed back, another date Feb. 18th has been announced for shipping. This is unacceptable. I was also guaranteed a refund weeks ago that has not been processed.

I received my order in a timely fashion (actually faster than I expected). Both products the hair/scalp oil and the skin food are amazing products. I have locs with seborrheic dermatitis and I can honestly say a few weeks in using daily I can see a change. Now I just got to keep my teenager out of it I don't want to share lol

I just ordered skin food and got in less than a week. So hopefully things are better now after all the bad reviews. Now hoping to see if the product itself does what she says.

Whew chile! I hate to write a bad review but hopefully these will encourage Kelis and her team to do better business. I too, like so many others, jumped at the chance to spend $175 on a pair of overalls. I ordered them the first week of September and received them yesterday, 12/12/23. Luckily they were not a gift! I only slightly tried them on because as excited as I am that they arrived, I fear I wasn't prepared to be disappointed again so quickly. I will try them on tonight when I get off work and with any luck they won't need any tailoring. I would have loved to purchase some of her skincare but I think I trust my own knowledge in the kitchen to do what I have to do, with half the cost and none of the headache! Purchase at your own risk friends.

Absolutely shameful conduct by Kelis and Bounty and Full! They take your money and are very unresponsive afterwards. They repeatedly break their promises and ship MONTHS late. They ignore you and make you feel like you're "harassing them" for simply asking for the products YOU BOUGHT.

Unfortunately when I ordered from them I didn't realize what a horrible track record they have. It seems negative experiences with this business are more common than positive experiences. This business is a gross violator of the 30-day rule for shipping. I'll be filing a consumer complaint against this comapny to the California Attorney General. I suggest others with poor experiences do the same.
