Kayla arrived on time and set up her equipment talking to me to get to know and relax me. She asked me questions about my health and about the problems I was having with my ears and explained the procedure fully and clearly. I was able to see the inner part of my ears and the blockage within which was removed very gently and efficiently. Kayla then talked to me about aftercare and left me with some leaflets to assist with that. At all times Kayla made sure I understood what she had told me and encouraged me to ask questions. I would have no hesitation in recommending Bourne Ear Care and Kayla to family, friends and acquaintances.

Very efficient service in my own home. I would certainly recommend the service to anyone as it was so quick and a painless way to have the excess wax removed and my hearing was improved immediately.

Excellent service. I visited my GP last week and discovered I had a lot of hard, compacted wax in both ears. I was advised to use olive oil drops a few times a day for a couple of weeks. A week in, my ears had become completely blocked — the wax had softened but not yet worked its way out.

I reached out to Bourne Ear Care this morning and Kayla was able to fit me in just two hours later. Everything was explained in great detail, and she removed a surprising amount of wax from both ears. Seeing the before and after photos was fascinating!

We visited Julia today at the Bourne clinic to remove the earwax from my husband's ears, She is absolutely amazing very reassuring gentle and explains throughout your appointment what she will be doing and how the ear works and what problems can accure with other parts of the body due to blocked ears. Excellent service she is worth her weight in gold if I could I would rate her a lot higher than 5. Will definitely advise anyone to go to the clinic or give her a ring for a home visit. Kayla arrived promptly and fully prepared, everything was explained beforehand and any nerves quickly settled. I found kayla knowladgeable, informative and very professional. All after care was explained with all information in a easy to read format. Excellent service.
