Honest and friendly approach. Brad completely understood my nerves when it came to test driving and was happy to instruct with directions. We had a small issue when we went into the town centre with the car but they were happy for us to return and fixed the issue straight away. We felt the standard of which they pride themselves on is clearly evident from their approach and the other cars they had in stock.

Sourced me the exact car I was after in less than a week which was ideal.

I was looking for a very specific model and spec and BHP delivered, went above and beyond and the service I received was A*.

Fully serviced, brand new MOT and the car was immaculate when I collected it.

Do not trust, salespeople lied about condition of vehicle, dirty on collection and dents, list rather long.
Tried to false me to sign a waiver on any issues later found on the car and then sell a Warrenty.
Took longer than promised to get my money back with plenty of reasons to why.
When looking at reviews you will note that all customers that had any issues soon find that the service is appalling.
Be aware that the consumer law changed Oct 2015 stating that you have 3 months to make sure your car is as promised or the garage has to prove that the car had no faults or your money back.
I would avoid like the plague, be warned.
I’m sure this review will be like answered like all the others, taken personally and an aggressive response, funny that.

Borought a car last month promised a copy of the service. Nothing sent they are just ignoring me. Decided to take it for a service myself and basically there has been no service carried out. The air filter should have been replaced as it's on its 4th service and the filter was disgusting. Water pouring out the front drivers side wheel arch and they promised to send out rear window wiper which they haven't done.

I’m not sure why they have said they have reported me to the police I have had no contact from the police regarding anything.

So I said to bhp in an email if they didn’t do the service I would be taking this further as in seeking legal advice and they have twisted this and used tried to use this to their advantage making me out to be violent or an aggressive person. I’m actually a nurse and a family oriented woman therefore it is not in my nature to act in such a way however I am within my rights to tell them I would be taking matters further and it’s completely inappropriate for bhp to portray me in such a way. I suggest it’s their way of getting out of the repairs which they failed to do on my Car. I’ve actually had to book it in with Jaguar now for a service as they have failed to provide me with a service which was promised to be carried out before sale. They are ignoring me completely and have not provided me with my service paperwork. Probably because it was a lie and there was no service carried out. Just be careful

Great service, made the buying process really simple

I purchased an Audi E-Tron Sportback from BHP in June 2023.

Brad was able to find me a great and highly competitive deal quite quickly and held the car for me for 2 weeks which I sorted out travel arrangements.

There was some strong doubts on my end a day before delivery was scheduled but Brad was honest and really did go above and beyond to calm nerves and ensure the deal got done. The vehicle arrived on time and exactly as described, would highly recommend and I will definitely be shopping with BHP again (without the doubts next time)!

Different class car was better than described. The service was 7 class. Brad a credit to the company. Would buy another car of yous no probs.👏👏👏👏👏

Recently traded in my Fiesta ST 3 for a Mercedes A 250 and everything went as agreed. Dealt with Brad throughout who took me through all the process and also assisted me putting tax on the Mercedes.
Cannot fault the service offered and would highly recommend BHP to other people looking for a car

I recently purchased my Porsche Panamera Platinum edition from BHP, dealt with Brad from start to finish, the car was 100% as described and they also had it delivered to my door for me.
Really pleased with their service

Initially was fairly friendly on the phone whilst placing a deposit on a vehicle here.
Once deposit was placed I then asked for an independent garage to come and inspect the vehicle before I purchase it.
Brad refused to let someone else take a look, took it very personally. Also claimed to be a owner of the business when he's only a sales worker.
Phone call got very aggressive with the sales tactics. Never stated on the phone they they would welcome anyone coming to their site to inspect the vehicle raises suspicions what have they got to hide?
Maybe I should have taken the numerous negative reviews on this garage more seriously, as my experience just relays many previous reviews on 'Bournemouth High Performance'.
the fact this car is still on the forecourt unsold after Brad repeating to me I've got several buyers waiting ''hurry up, I need a decision now''. Just shows the old schoolboy sales tactics in action.

Would not buy on principle as this company won't let you get an independent inspection before purchase, (on site or off)

If you buy, just remember you taking a HUGE risk just believing a stranger over a phone.

FINALLY got the refund back, took well over 2 weeks. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Take your money elsewhere.

I have no doubt they will reply trying to the defend their actions with lies. As you will see below...…..

I bought a car from BHP and due to the distance I was not able to view it - which always adds to the stress buy buying a used car. However, the advert was very well written, with over 60 photos and Brad was particularly useful at answering my questions. BHP gave the car a new MOT and attended to an advisory before the sale. They also delivered the car at a competitive rate. The car was delivered on time and was completely as described. Overall I am very happy with my dealings with BHP and would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a car from them.

Car was delivered spotless . Engine was valeted and all the parts looked mint . Inside ,the car was spectacularly clean . Got the car with 2 years MOT with no fails or advisories. This whole team was amazing! Everyone was very personable & made my buying experience feel un-pressured. Brad? was very nice and came to pick me up at the station. It was a pleasure to have done business with him and his team!
