Unfortunately this company is a scam. There is NO customer service when trying to make a return and/or contact the team. I am currently talking with the bank to receive my money back, as the item was returned due to not being as described (and returned with a tracking number so the item has been successfully returned). I've also been in contact with Trading Standards. Avoid this company at all costs!

A very bad company. Returned an unwanted item but no refund forthcoming and no contact from seller.

No reply, ignoring me. Sent me the wrong size. Silence, took my money but still no answer, what should I do? Also there is no phone no?

Avoid at all cost - no response whatsoever from these cowboys 😡. Also trading as Bowland.co.uk now.
Bought a pair of £120 Ariat Burford wellies from them in Sep 23. Split in Mar 24. Covered by a 1yr warranty but no response at all from Bowland to the 4 emails I’ve sent them. No telephone number to contact them on. Shame on you Bowland

I brought some ariat boots in October 2023. They were too big. I too like Ray followed instructions for return and refund and I have still not received a refund or replacement despite having contacted them several times via email on their website. I have now contacted trading standards and bbc watchdog to inform them of this and have documented photographic evidence of the individual who received my boots via recorded delivery. Absolutely scandal.

Brilliant customer service. I had an issue with an item not fitting and it was nice to have a reassuring interaction with a human rather than a generic response meaning I could exchange for a different item easily.

Fast delivery and great products. Super fast refund as the item I ordered was too large. Highly recommend !

Again please do not buy from this Company as they won't refund you, I returned an item which they received on 20th July and as of today 15th August, I have not received a reply to my e-mails or a refund, now going to pursue further.

Do not buy from this company unless you are 100% sure that you will not have to return your item. Absolutely shocking customer service. I bought some Ariat boots on the 26th April, they didn't fit when they arrived so had to return them. I followed the process on their web site and the boots were signed for by them on the 5th May. Despite several attempts to contact them and ask for an update on my refund, as of today, 6th June I still have no refund.

first class service, went above and beyond to get a specific item i wanted in a certain size. Kept me informed on the progress of my order and delivery made when he said it would be. All in all a great shopping experience to a newbie on line shopper

I bought a pair of Ariat Skyline waterproof boots which were sold by Bowland Outdooors.co.uk fulfilled by Amazon France. The boots ceased to be waterproof after a couple of months. Dean from Bowland Outdoors was extremely helpfull and organised a full refund for me, I was glad that he delt with Arait and not me as they were not straightforward to deal with.
Dean kept me fully informed though out the process which took 5 weeks.
In future I will order directly from Bowland Outdoors as thier customer service is first class not like Ariats.
