So far good and swift customer service...
Haven't received my item just yet however, it appeared my order was cancelled and payment failed even though there were no problems with my bank or funds. I emailed boxedtech around 7am Monday 21st Dec, and had received a reply by 9am explaining what had happened, and that my order had now been paid for and processed and will be delivered tomorrow! You simply cannot complain with such a swift and clear response. I have every faith this company would resolve any further issues if I should experience any problems. At this early stage I would buy from them again.
