Some really nice gifts available and I was able to put together a lovely box for my good lady whilst working away.
Had an issue with delivery as they delivered the day after they said they would, but as it wasn't urgent didn't create a problem

Box of Hugs has a brilliant selection of boxes put together for your chosen recipient but also offer a build your own box facility which is so good for tailoring yourself. The website is great, ordering easy and communication and delivery is excellent. A quality service with outstanding goods, great prices and the best customer service. Highly recommended!

We wanted to ship a giftbox to our boss. He was in the hospital. The Hospital rejected the package, but luckily Lucy made sure the package would go to another pick-up point so our boss could collect it. Thankyou so much Lucy and team! Great Service!

First time user of Box of Hugs ( love the name!) and I couldn’t be happier. I wanted to let my sister in UK know I was thinking of her on her birthday and send more than a card. Box of Hugs has a huge variable list of products to choose from at reasonable cost and I selected things to make her feel special. As I’d left it until the day before her birthday I was very grateful for ‘next day delivery’. The service and communication was excellent.
My sister was very surprised and happy to receive the ‘hugs’ ( except it made her cry!)
