Excellent service. I was concerned about the delivery because I had a very short window to schedule it to arrive and so I sent a message and was instantly messaged back by a lovely person who made me feel very reassured. They took the order name to make sure it was packed on time and the box arrived by 10am the next day! The contents were all of excellent quality, especially the bear and the crochet flowers. Incredible company, would definitely recommend.

I was sending a birthday gift from the US to the UK and Box of Hugs was so easy to customize and order from. The box was delivered as expected to my friend, who was truly delighted. Then Box of Hugs realized one of the food items was slightly past the best by date and went above and beyond to resolve the quality issue, without any complaints from us! An incredible business that is so perfectly female & family run!
