As someone who has never boxed before I cannot recommend this course enough! Boxology was fantastic from the theory right through to the practical work.

It was engaging throughout the whole course and a whether you’re experienced or a complete novice to the sport like me you can take something away from it.

Cathy and Greg kept the whole experience really fun and I felt like I learnt so much over just two days. The main thing was the coaching style, they definitely know how to teach you in the style that works best for the individual and were so patient.

If you are thinking about attending a boxing course this is definitely the one!

Boxing has always been a big passion of mine. As soon as I heard Boxology had started, I jumped straight to the opportunity and signed up.

Boxology’s Cathy and Greg are incredible coaches. From their teaching methods to the engaging practicals, the entire process through to the demonstrations are fantastic. They really do know everything there is when it comes to their craft.

I can not recommend this course enough. Whether you’re a fitness professional broadening your expertise or someone with a passion for the sport, you won’t be left disappointed. These two with the team they’re continuing to build are the best there is.

I found the Boxology Round 1 course to be the perfect boxing pad course. It was delivered in a clear, methodical framework and has given me an in-depth understanding of not only the mechanics of throwing the punches but also, and perhaps most importantly for me, how to hold the pads correctly so punches can be thrown effectively and both pad holder and boxer avoid injury.

I teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wanted to improve my boxing and found this the perfect tool!

Cathy and Greg are extremely knowledgeable and coach in a relaxing and fun manner while conveying the fundamental concepts in a clear and concise way. Great course!

I have been boxing training with Cathy and Greg for many many years and decided to do the Boxology Round 1 Course at the Third Space in London Soho where Boxology is held.
The course is so well put together and both Cathy and Greg are very good at helping you understand all aspects and techniques of boxing.
They are both very good at teaching you in a way that you can understand and they are also so helpful and very kind. Nothing is ever too much for them, and they are always there to answer any questions you have or if you're ever unsure.
I would definitely recommend this course to anyone who would like to learn all there is about boxing as these two are in my eyes the best coaches you could ask for.

A meticulously designed course, delivered by 2 outstanding coaches. A brilliant experience for any beginner or advance to learn all the intricacies of boxing. Cathy and Greg are both incredible and attentive. Would recommend to anyone wants to just improve them boxing or upgrade as a coach !

As a 63 year (young) male having spent 30 years in a career as a professional tennis coach ( Professional One Certified by the UPSTA ) Boxology ® Academy , in my opinion, is considered a leader in the arena of learning to coach one of the most challenging sports of our time, boxing.

In 2019, I attended the Round 1 course at the Third Space in London which was conducted by Cathy Brown and Greg Williams . The course was exhaustive combining both reading and practical. From the history of "the sweet science" to the basics of proper technique, anatomy, fitness, padwork, combinations, footwork, offence and defence (slipping and rolling) and finally, that often overlooked important step in protecting one's hands from injury, learning to wrap them properly. Their approach is both comprehensive and conscientious.

I would recommend to anyone who desires to learn more about the Boxology® Academy and its training curriculum to contact these two very experienced and inspirational coaches, Cathy Brown and Greg Williams.
