Having read all the reviews this looked like a sure bet.

I booked a cab from Gatwick for my daughter who would be travelling alone.

On the day there was no one at the meeting point. Only when I contacted the company was I told that there was a problem and they wouldn't be able to do the job. It was 1am and my daughter stranded. Maybe next time consider helping arrange alternative transport and maybe covering the cost of the difference. After all we effectively had a contract that I paid for upfront, against a service I did not receive. It can't be right that the customer bears the full impact.

Note that this company operates under britanniaairportcars.co.uk as well. I would not trust either of them.

Company was great to deal with and honest about fares, great communications and understanding.my passenger is a VIP i can not say anymore... Great communication at all time and total respect from me...

AVOID BPC CARS AND AIRPORTSTAXITRANSFERS AT ALLCOSTS. I booked airport transportation 6 months in advance of my trip 14.8.24 via Airportstaxitransfers who sourced transportation with BPC cars. I was told we would get driver details an hour before departure. No information was sent and I had to ring the company to ask where our driver was at 8.55am as we were due to leave at 9.15am. I was told there was no driver available and that we would have to make our own way to the airport. I was supposed to receive driver details an HOUR before pickup time and was expecting the message at 8.15am. No one contacted me to either give driver details or the fact there was no driver available. I did not get confirmation that no driver was available until after 9am. This left no time to organise transportation for 6 people with 6 suitcases to depart at 9.15. As a result we had to pay for an uber for 4 people costing £120 and pay for car parking therefore taking our own car to Gatwick to transport the 6 cases the uber driver couldn't fit in at an extra cost of £120. Therefore we are significantly out of pocket due to BPC cars and Airportstaxitransfers incompetence and unreliability. Neither company are offering compensation or refunds for the extra costs. Had we not been able to get an uber or had access to a car we would have missed our flights and therefore not been able to go on holiday.
I have cancelled my return taxi from Gatwick on 29.8.24 with them because I had to drive my own car to Gatwick and due to the failure to provide outward transportation I certainly didn't trust them to get my children home from the airport at 2am when they let us down on the outward journey.

Very good communication with the dispatch team. The driver was 5 mins early and helped load the 5 pieces of very large luggage into the meticulously clean vehicle. A very safe driver, they got us to the airport in an efficient manner.

Friendly service. Easy to make changes. Great communication

I was told to upgrade to MPV5 due to number of suitcases I was taking, surprise, surprise regular Toyota Prius arrived and to top it out 40 minutes late. Lucky all luggage fitted but we were squeezed like sardines and bags everywhere.

Good service

Driver was early and waiting outside my house. Very pleasant and friendly. Got us to the airport safe.
Car fit us and 3 cases in, however one case had to go on the front seat. But that didn't bother me as 3 of us could fit in the back.

Despite the long delay our flight had, the driver patiently waited for us all.
The ride was quick and smooth and the customer care was remarkable.

The timely arrival of drivers as they appear beforehand and are never late. The cars are good and even the individuals guide you regarding which car would be adequate for the luggage and the ride.
