Great service and delivery was quick.
They had exactly what I was looking for in a replacement furnace. It was a lot cheaper than shopping locally, and the shipping was quick. I talked directly with the staff, and he was very helpful and prompt to return my call after confirming the stock item availability.

Wrong controller
Wrong controller, no parts for older models, very slow to fix the issue. Will not accept a bad part returned. Lack of information and transparency throughout.

Friendly,professional staff. A better price than local dealer,fast ,safe delivery. This heat pump was for a large outbuilding. I may need a larger unit for our house in a few years and BPH is who I'll look too.

Unit was damaged when delivered
Received the unit from some Purolator subcontrator at 11:36 this morning. The box was pretty banged up. Upon inspection of the unit I found a nice big dent in the acces cover. It was hit hard enough to unclip the hinges. The styrofoam packing was in pieces. I have photos of all of it.

Did Purolator request a signature from you? For any future orders, if they request a signature and the packaging is clearly damaged, we advise contacting our team before signing for the package - once you sign for a package, Purolator sees this as you accepting it in its delivered condition.
